โครงการวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อสร้างเครื่องผลิตอะลูมิเนียมผงแบบพ่นด้วยก๊าซที่ใช้ในห้องปฏิบัติการ การดำเนินงานเริ่มจากศึกษากรรมวิธีการผลิต ออกแบบและสร้างเครื่องผลิตโลหะผงแบบพ่นด้วยก๊าซ ทดลองผลิตอะลูมิเนียมผง
ศึกษาคุณสมบัติทางกายภาพ ทดสอบทางเคมี และสรุปผลการวิจัย เครื่องที่ออกแบบและสร้างได้นี้ มีลักษณะแนวนอน ขนาด 50x180x100ซม. โดยใช้ก๊าซไนโตรเจนเป่า อะลูมิเนียมผงที่ทดลองผลิตได้เมื่อนำมาร่อนด้วยตะแกรงพบว่ามี
หลายขนาด แต่มีผงขนาดใหญ่กว่า 600 ไมโครเมตรมีจำนวนมาก (50.21%) ผงขนาดเล็กเมื่อส่องด้วยกล้องจุลทรรศน์มีรูปมนยาวรี ละลายในกรดเกลือเจือจาง ผงละลายได้หมด แสดงว่าเป็นโลหะ สรุปได้ว่างานวิจัยนี้สามารถสร้างเครื่อง
ผลิตอะลูิเนียมผงแบบพ่นด้วยก๊าซที่ใช้ในห้องปฏิบัติการและผลิตอะลูมิเนียมผงได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ แต่ต้องพัฒนากรรมวิธีการผลิตต่อไป |

The objective of this research is built a gas atomizer to produce aluminium powders, The proceedures are as follows: study the prosesses, design and build the gas atomizer, pilot production of the aluminium powders ans conclusion. The
gas atomizer is an horizonal type. It dimensions are about 50 x 180 x 100cm. Nitrogen gas is used as an atomizing gas. Aluminium powders dissolve in a pilot production. The products sizes were varied. The size bigger than 600 micrometer had about 50.21%. The shape of small aluminium powders were ellipsoid. The powders dissolve in diluted hydrochloric acid, they are metal. There for, this research had built a small gas atomizer for use in a laboratory. It can produce aluminium powders, but still have to improve the powder production process. |
