dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยเรื่องปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในสถานประกอบการในภาคตะวันออก มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในสถานประกอบการในภาคตะวันออก 2. เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของพนักงานคณะกรรมการความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในสถานประกอบการในภาคตะวันออก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย จำนวน 558 คน ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานประกอบการ หัวหน้าแผนก เจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัย พนักงานสถานประกอบการ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่า ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (mean) ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standardividation) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า จากการศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารและคณะกรรมการความปลอดภัยสถานประกอบการ พบว่า สาเหตุที่เกิดอุบัติเหตุ ได้แก่ 1. การบริหารความปลอดภัย 2. การกระทำที่ไม่ปลอดภัยของบุคคลและ 3. สภาพการทำงานที่ไม่ปลอดภัย ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในสถานประกอบการในภาคตะวันออกประกอบด้วย ด้านการบริหารความปลอดภัย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 1. กำหนดนโยบายด้านความปลอดภัยเป็นอันดับแรก 2 การฝึกอบรมหัวหน้างาน 3. การป้องกันและควบคุมอัคคีภัย ด้านผู้ปฏิบัติงาน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 1 การใช้เครื่องมือ เครื่องจักรที่ถูกต้อง 2. วิธีการดับเพลิงและใช้อุปกรณ์ประเภทต่าง ๆ 3. ความปลอดภัยเกี่ยวกับอาคารและทางหนีภัย ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรวมอยู่ในระกับมาก 1. การส่งเสริมกิจกรรมเพื่อสิ่งแวดล้อม 2. การจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ป้องกันฉุกเฉิน 3. การตรวจสอบและแก้ไขจุดอันตรายต่าง ๆ การเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานในสถานประกอบการในภาคตะวันออกทั้ง 3 ด้าน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับดังนี้ 1. ด้านการบริหารความปลอดภัย 2. ด้านผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และ 3. ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการปฏิบัติงาน	th_TH
