dc.description.abstract	การตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นเป็นปัญหาที่สำคัญทางสาธารณสุข ซึ่งอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อความใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกในครรภ์การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกและปัจจัยทำนายความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกในหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นที่มารับบริการฝากครรภ์ที่แผนกฝากครรภ์โรงพยาบาลชลบุรีและโรงพยาบาลบางละมุงระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม ถึง เดือนกันยายน พ.ศ. 2562 จำนวน 170 รายเครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและข้อมูลทางสูติศาสตร์ แบบสอบถามความรักใคร่ผูกพันที่หญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นไทยมีต่อทารกในครรภ์แบบสอบถามสัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่สมรส แบบสอบถามการถูกกระทำ รุนแรงจากคู่สมรส และแบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .94, .87, .93 และ .82 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบนำเข้า ผลการวิจัย พบว่า หญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นมีความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกระดับดีปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายความรักใคร่ผูก พันระหว่างมารดาและทารกในหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ สัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่สมรส (β = .163) การวางแผน การตั้งครรภ์ (β = .191) ประสบการณ์การถูกกระทำรุนแรงจากคู่สมรส (β = .310) อายุครรภ์ (β = .204) และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม (β = .321) โดยปัจจัยทั้งสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกในหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นได้ร้อยละ 37.9อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (F (5, 164) = 20.046, p< .001) ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนารูปแบบการพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมความรักใคร่ผูกพันระหว่างมารดาและทารกในหญิงตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นให้ดียิ่งขึ้นได้

dc.description.abstractalternative	Teenage pregnancy is a major public health problem that may affect the maternal-fetal attachment in pregnant adolescents. This predictive correlational research aimed to study maternal-fetal attachment and to examine factors predicting maternal-fetal attachment in pregnant adolescents. Samples were 170 pregnant adolescents attending antenatal clinics at Chonburi hospital and Banglamung hospital between July to September 2019. Data were collected by demographic and obstetrics questionnaire, the prenatal attachment scale for Thai pregnant adolescents, marital relationship questionnaire, the experience of intimate partner violence questionnaire and social support questionnaire. The reliabilities of questionnaires were .94, .87, .93 and .82, respectively. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and enter multiple regression analysis. Results showed that the mean score of maternal-fetal attachment in pregnant adolescents were at a good level. Factors that could predict maternal-fetal attachment in pregnant adolescentswith statistical significance (p= .05), namely the marital relationship (β = .163), planning of pregnancy (β = .191), experience of intimate partner violence (β = .310), gestational age (β = .204) and social support (β = .321). All factors could explain 37.9% of the variance of maternal-fetal attachment in pregnant adolescents with a statistical significance (F(5, 164)= 20.046, p < .001). The findings of this study could be used as guidelines in the development of the nursing model so that promote the maternal-fetal attachment in pregnant adolescents.
