dc.description.abstract	ความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพเป็นกลไกสําคัญในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และคุณภาพงานบริการพยาบาล การวิจัยเชิงทํานายครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทํานายความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดชลบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดชลบุรี ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน จํานวน 92 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและประสบการณ์ในการทํางาน และแบบสอบถามความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ บรรยากาศองค์การ และการเสริมสร้างพลังอํานาจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณาและสถิติวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดชลบุรี ทั้งรายด้านและรายรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง ปัจจัยบรรยากาศองค์การ และการเสริมสร้างพลังอํานาจสามารถร่วมกันทํานายความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติได้ร้อยละ 45.7 (adjust R 2 = .457, F (2,89) = 37.414, p < .001) โดยบรรยากาศองค์การเป็ นปัจจัยเดียวที่สามารถทํานายความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพได้อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 (β = .83) ดังนั้นพัฒนาความสามารถด้านความปลอดภัยผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลควรส่งเสริม และสนับสนุนบรรยากาศองค์การให้ดียิ่งขึ้น

dc.description.abstractalternative	Patient safety competence of professional nurses is an importance competency of staff nurses to develop quality of nursing. This descriptive predictive research aimed to examine the factors predicting patient safety competence of professional nurses, community hospitals, Chon-Buri province. The sample consisted of 92 professional nurses, community hospitals, Chon-Buri province. The multistage sampling technique was used to select the sample. Research instruments included the demographic and working experiences record form and questionnaires related to the patient safety competence of professional nurses, the organization climate, and the empowerment. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that the overall and each aspect of the patient safety the competence of professional nurses, community hospitals, Chon-Buri province were at a high level. The organization climate and empowerment combined could explain 45.7% of the variance in the patient safety competence of professional nurses (adjust R 2 = .457, F (2, 89) = 37.414, p < .001). However, only the organization climate factor could significantly predict the patient safety competence of professional nurses (β = .83, p < .001). Therefore, nursing administrators should promote and support the organization climate in order to promote the patient safety competence of professional nurses.
