| dc.description.abstract | สมรรถนะพยาบาลห้องผ่าตัด เป็นสิ่งสำคัญต่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยายเพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะพยาบาลห้องผ่าตัด และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงานกับสมรรถนะพยาบาลห้องผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ภาคตะวันออกกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลห้องผ่าตัดที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด จำนวน 105 ราย ซึ่งคัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ประกอบด้วยแบบรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลแบบสอบถามสมรรถนะพยาบาลห้องผ่าตัด และแบบสอบถามการรับรู้สิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงานของพยาบาลห้องผ่าตัด ซึ่งมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเชื่อมั่นแอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .97 และ .93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พยาบาลห้องผ่าตัด โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ภาคตะวันออก มีสมรรถนะพยาบาลห้องผ่าตัดโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (M = 281.43, SD = 26.05) มีการรับรู้สิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ (M = 89.87, SD = 13.45) ปัจจัยด้านประสบการณ์การทำงาน และการรับรู้สิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงาน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับสมรรถนะพยาบาลห้องผ่าตัด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ(r= .314, p<.001,r=.303,p<.00 ตามลำดับ) ส่วนการได้รับการอบรมเพิ่มเติมไม่มีความสัมพันธ์ทางสถิติกับสมรรถนะพยาบาลห้องผ่าตัด ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สามารถนำไปใช้พัฒนาคุณภาพงานบริการผ่าตัด โดยการสร้างเสริมสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดีในการทำงาน เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะพยาบาลห้องผ่าตัดให้ได้มาตรฐาน และนำสู่ความปลอดภัยแก่ผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัด | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | Perioperative nursing’s competency is an important part of safe patient care. The purposes of this correlational descriptive research were to examine the competency of perioperative nurses and to explore relationships between personal factors and working environment with competency of perioperative nurses in Eastern regional hospitals. The samples consisted of 105 professional nurses who have been working in operating roomsof the Eastern regional hospitals. They were randomly selected by using simple random sampling technique. Instruments included the personal demographic questionnaire, the Perioperative Nurse’s Competency Questionnaire, and the Practice Environmental Scales of the Nursing Work index. Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficients of instruments were .96 and .93 respectively. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. Resultsof the study revealed that perioperative nurses reported that they had a high levelof competency (M = 281.43, SD = 26.05) and perceived their working environment at a moderate level (M = 89.87, SD = 13.45). Work experience and perceived working environment were significantly positively correlated with perioperative nursingcompetency at a moderate level (r= .314 and r= .303, p<.001 respectively). However, there was no association between training and perioperative nursing competency. Findings of this study could be used to improve quality care in the operating room by creating a good work environment in order to enhance nurses’ competency and lead to ensuring safety patient care. | |
