| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง 1 กลุ่ม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรม People Based Safety (PBS) ที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยของพนักงานฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมปิโตรเคมีแห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดระยองโปรแกรม People Based Safety (PBS) ที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีทั้งหมด 4 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย 1) ชี้บ่งพฤติกรรมเป้าหมาย 2) การสำรวจ พฤติกรรม 3) ดำเนินการส่งเสริมและปรับปรุงพฤติกรรม 4) ทดสอบเพื่อวัดผลเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการ วิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถาม แบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถาม พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยภายใน (การรับรู้ และทัศนคติด้านความปลอดภัย) 2) การวัดพฤติกรรม ภายนอกโดยใช้แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยตนเองแบ่งเป็น 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านการปฏิบัติตาม ขั้นตอนการทำงาน (Permit to work) ด้านการสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคล (PPE) ด้านการใช้เครื่องมือเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ (Tool and equipment) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการรับรู้ และ ทัศนคติด้านความปลอดภัยด้วยสถิติ Paired t-test และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการสังเกตพฤติกรรมความ ปลอดภัยตนเองด้วยสถิติ Repeated Measures ANOVA ผลการศึกษาประชากร จำนวน 16 คน เป็นพนักงานชายทั้งหมด มีอายุ 30-39 ปี ร้อยละ 50.0 การศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ร้อยละ 50.0 เป็นตำแหน่งช่างเทคนิค ร้อยละ 50.0 ไม่เคยเกิดอุบัติเหตุในช่วง 3 ปี ที่ผ่านมา ร้อยละ 81.2 มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3-5 ปี ร้อยละ 43.7 ผลการศึกษา พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยภายใน พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ย 35.1 ระดับการรับรู้ปานกลาง หลังทดลอง คะแนนเฉลี่ย 44.4 ระดับการรับรู้ดี คะแนนเฉลี่ย 74.4 ระดับทัศนคติปานกลาง หลังทดลอง คะแนน เฉลี่ย 95.1 ระดับทัศนคติดีซึ่งค่าเฉลี่ยระดับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยภายในก่อนและหลังทดลองมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (p = 0.05) และพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัย ภายนอก พนักงานปฏิบัติตามพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยได้ครบ 100% ตั้งแต่สัปดาห์ที่ 6 เป็นต้นไป มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 (p = 0.05)การศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถนำโปรแกรม People Based Safety (PBS) ไปเป็นแนวทางประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อสร้างพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยให้เกิดขึ้นในพนักงาน อันจะเป็นส่วนหนึ่งที่จะช่วยส่งผลให้องค์กรเกิดวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยได้ต่อไป | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The aim of this quasi experimental one group study was to determine effect of People Based Safety (PBS) program on safety behaviors among maintenance workers in a petrochemical factory Rayong province. The study applied the PSB program to implemented had 4 steps include 1) Define the target action to increase or decrease 2) Observed behaviors 3) Intervened to change the target action in desired directions 4) Test to measure Impact of intervention. The study of coverting safety behaviors was measured by using questionnaire of perception and attitude before and after PSB program impermentation. The questionnaire divided in to 3 parts included general information, perception of safety information and attitude of safety information. Data were analysed by paired sample t-test. The overt safety behaviors measured by self observation check sheet for 3 behaviors include working complied permit to work, personal protective equipment wearing and proper using tool and equipment at work. The result showed that 16 workers of them were male. The age ranged between 30-39 years at 50.0%. They were at 50% in technician position. 3 years ago not having accident were at 81.2 % and Working experience between 3-5 years at 43.7%. The covertingsafety behaviorsof perception and attitude before applied PSB program were at moderate level (109.5%) and post after applied PBS program were at good level (139.5%). Comparin coverting safety behaviors before and after applied PBS program showed significant difference at 0.05 levels (p = 0.05). The overt safety behaviors PBS program implementations were at safety behaviors (100%) since week 6onwards showed significant difference at 0.05 levels (p = 0.05).PBS program can be guideline to creation safety behaviors to be successful and bring about Safety culture in organizations. | |
