| dc.description.abstract | นโยบายเขตเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออกเป็นโครงการขนาดใหญ่ที่ต่อยอดจากแผนพัฒนาพื้นที่บริเวณชายฝั่งทะเลภาคตะวันออก เพื่อใช้ระบบไซเบอร์-กายภาพพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมเป็นกลไกขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจแห่งอนาคตและเป็นพื้นที่เศรษฐกิจชั้นนำของเอเชีย ผลกระทบของการดำเนินตามนโยบายทำให้ภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทยเปลี่ยนจากสังคมเกษตรกรรมไปสู่สังคมอุตสาหกรรม และกำลังก้าวเข้าสู่สังคมไซเบอร์ภายใต้แนวคิดไซเบอร์เนติกส์ที่นำเอาเทคโนโลยีไซเบอร์ 3C คือ computing (การประมวลผล) communication (การสื่อสาร) และ control (การควบคุม) มาบูรณาการกับระบบการบริหารและจัดการอุตสาหกรรมและเมือง (สังคม) ให้สามารถจัดการด้วยตนเองอย่างอัจฉริยะ อย่างไรก็ตาม ผลของการพัฒนาทำให้เกิดความเจริญกระจุกตัวอยู่ใน 3 จังหวัด คือ ชลบุรี ระยอง และฉะเชิงเทรา และกำลังขยายตัวออกไปทางด้านตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือและชายแดนของภาคตะวันออก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) policy is a mega project, extended from the Eastern Seaboard Development Program (ESDP). The policy focuses on encouraging the use of cyber-physical systems for industrial development to stimulate the future economy of the area so that EEC would become a leading economic power in Asia. The impacts of the policy implementation have transformed the eastern region of Thailand from an agricultural society to an industrial society, and the region is now becoming the cybersociety, based on the concept of cybernetics. This concept involves the integration of the 3C cyber technologies (computing, communication, and control) into the industrial and city (society) management system in order for the region to become a smart society. The positive results of the development are now evident in three provinces, including Chonburi, Rayong and Chachoengsao. Finally; the impacts are gradually being extended to the northeastern and the border of the eastern region. | th_TH |
