| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบศึกษาความสัมพันธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของสตรีตั้งครรภ์อายุมาก และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงของการตั้งครรภ์ และพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของสตรีตั้งครรภ์อายุมาก กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสตรีตั้งครรภ์อายุ 35 ปีขึ้นไป ที่มารับบริการฝากครรภ์ โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ 3 โรงพยาบาล ในเขตภาคตะวันออก จำนวน 190 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามความสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยแบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงของการตั้งครรภ์ และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของสตรีตั้งครรภ์อายุมาก ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .90 และ .92 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพเท่ากับ 141.34 (SD = 18.70) ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับดี ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษา (r = .167, p < .05) รายได้ครอบครัว (r = .200, p < .01) และอายุครรภ์ (r = .151, p < .05) ส่วนการรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงของการตั้งครรภ์ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ (r =.059, p > .05) ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถนำมาเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมสุขภาพสตรีตั้งครรภ์อายุมาก โดยบุคลากรทางสุขภาพควรคำนึงถึงปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้วย ถึงแม้ว่าการรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงของการตั้งครรภ์จะไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ แต่ในทางปฏิบัติควรมีการตรวจคัดกรองการรับรู้ภาวะเสี่ยงของการตั้งครรภ์ระหว่างที่มาฝากครรภ์เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการวางแผนส่งเสริมสุขภาพสตรีตั้งครรภ์อายุมาก | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this descriptive correlational research were to examine the level of health behaviors and relationships between personal factors, perceptions of pregnancy risk and health behaviors among women of advanced maternal age. The participants were 190 women age 35 or over who were attending antenatal care service in three tertiary hospitals in eastern Thailand. Convenience sampling was used to recruit the sample. Data were collected from January to June 2018. The research instruments were a demographic data record form, perception of pregnancy risk questionnaire, and health behavior of advanced maternal age questionnaire. For the latter two, reliabilities were .90 and .92 respectively. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. Results found that participants had a mean health behavior score of 141.34 (SD = 18.70), which was considered a high level. Factors related to health behaviors were educational attainment (r = .167, p < .05), family income (r = .200, p < .01) and gestational age (r = .151, p < .05). However, perceptions of pregnancy risk had no significant correlation with health behaviors (r = .059, p > .05). The findings of this study can be used as a basis for promoting health behaviors among women of advanced maternal age. In particular, health care providers should consider personal factors. Although perceptions of pregnancy risk had no correlation with health behaviors, in practice perceptions of pregnancy risk should be screened during prenatal visits to provide basic information for planning health promotion among women of advanced maternal age. | th_TH |
