| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาชนิดของอาหารที่เหมาะสมต่อการสืบพันธุ์ของพ่อแม่พันธุ์ปลาบู่แก้มฟ้า โดยเปรียบเทียบชนิดของอาหารที่แตกต่างกัน 5 ชนิด ได้แก่ กุ้งสด (T1) หมึกสด (T2) กุ้งผสมหมึกสด (T3) อาหารเจลาติน (T4) และอาหารสำเร็จรูป (T5) ระยะเวลาการทดลอง 6 เดือน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการเลี้ยง พ่อแม่พันธุ์ปลาบู่แก้มฟ้า ด้วยอาหารเจลาตินภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสม ได้แก่ อุณหภูมิอยู่ระหว่าง 27.2 - 29.3 °C ความเค็มอยู่ระหว่าง 33 - 36 ppt ค่าความเป็นด่างอยู่ระหว่าง 80 - 140 มล./ล. และแอมโมเนีย - ไนโตรเจนไม่เกิน 0.08 มล./ล. ส่งผลทำให้พ่อแม่พันธุ์มีการสืบพันธุ์และวางไข่อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยมีความถี่ในการวางไข่สูงสุด 15 ครั้ง มีจำนวนลูกปลาแรกฟักสูงสุดอยู่ระหว่าง 11,223 - 77,280 ตัว และมีอัตราการฟักไข่สูงสุดอยู่ระหว่าง 50 - 100 % ผลการวิจัยนี้ สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีการเพาะเลี้ยงปลาบู่แก้มฟ้าในเชิงพาณิชย์ และการอนุรักษ์ที่ยั่งยืน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The objectives of this study were to compare effect of different feed types on reproduction of blueband goby broodstock, Valenciennea strigata (Broussonet 1782). This experiment was divided into five different feed types including culture with fresh shrimp (T1); fresh squid (T2); fresh shrimp and squid (T3); gelatin feed (T4) and commercial feed (T5) for a period of 6 months. The results showed that culture the blueband goby broodstock with gelatin feed under the suitable environment to live and reproduction. The key factors that motivate reproductive parents as temperature between 27.2 - 29.3 °C salinity between 33 -36 ppt alkalinity between 80 - 140 mg/L and total ammonia < 0.08 mg/L. Effect of the highest spawning frequency was 15 time, number of hatching between 50 - 100% and the number of larval production between 11,223 - 77,280 fish. The results of the study can be beneficial to the development of rearing technique for blueband goby to be as commercial and sustainability rearing of larvae in future. | en |
