| dc.description.abstract | จากการหาชนิดและปริมาณกรดไขมันในฟองน้ำทะเลบริเวณเกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานีโดยเก็บตัวอย่างเดือนมกราคม-กุมภาพันธ์ 2553 สกัดหาปริมาณไขมันรวมด้วยวิธีของ Bligh & Dyer ทำการแยกกลุ่มของไขมันในตัวอย่างฟองน้ำด้วยเทคนิค Solidphase extraction (SPE) จากนั้นหาชนิดและปริมาณกรดไขมันด้วย GC/FID ผลการศึกษาพบปริมาณไขมันรวมอยู่ในช่วง 0.21-1.01 % (wet wt.) ปริมาณสูงสุดพบในตัวอย่างCacospongia sp.(TAN-E-03) (order Dictyoceratida). องค์ประกอบของไขมันที่พบมากที่สุดเป็นชนิด neutral lipid .(39.78-69.10% total lipid) โดยคุณลักษณะกรดไขมันเป็นชนิดอิ่มตัว SFAs พบกรดไขมัน palmitic acid; C16:0 ในไขมันกลุ่ม neutral lipids (6.22-38.97%TFA), phospholipids (7.21-20.02%TFA) และใน glycolipids (10.35-30.73%FTA) และกรดไขมันที่จำเป็นสำหรับสัตว์น้ำวัยอ่อน Eicosapentaenoic acid, EPA (20:5n3, 5.39% ใน phospholipids) และ Docosahexsaenoic acid, DHA (22:6n3, 2.60% ใน neutral lipids) ส่วนในตัวอย่างเชื้อแบคทีเรียที่คัดแยกจากฟองน้ำมีคุณลักษณะของกรดไขมันเป็นชนิดไม่อิ่มตัวเชิงเดี่ยว (MUFAs) ในปริมาณร้อยละ 0.33-91.25 ของปริมาณกรดไขมันทั้งหมด โดยพบองค์ประกอบหลักของกรดไขมันเป็น vaccenic acid (C18:1n7), palmitoleic acid (C16:1n7), palmitic acid (C16:0) และ C18:1n7 เป็นกรดไขมันที่ตรวจพบปริมาณสูงสุด ร้อยละ 91.25 ของกรดไขมันโดยรวม จากการศึกษาสภาวะที่เหมาะสมเรื่องเวลาในการเพาะเลี้ยงแบคทีเรียพบว่าการเลี้ยงเชื้อที่ 72-96 ชั่วโมงให้ปริมาณไขมันโดยรวมมากที่สุด และพบว่าปัจจัยของเวลาไม่มีผลต่อชนิดของกรดไขมัน | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | In this study, qualitative and quantitative analyses of fatty acids were investigated in marine sponges collected from Ko Samui, Suratthani province during January to February 2010. The total lipids were extracted by the Bligh & Dyer method and they were classified by Solid phase extraction technique (SPE). Fatty acid compositions were analyzed by GC/FID. The results showed that total lipids were 0.21-1.01% (wet wt.) with the highest value in Cacospongia sp. (TAN-E-03) (order Dictyoceratida). Major component of the lipids was neutral lipid (39.78-69.10% of total lipids). The characteristics of fatty acids in marine sponges were saturated fatty acids SFAs including palmitic acid (C16:0) in neutral lipids (6.00-38.97% TFA), phospholipids (7.21-20.02%TFA) and glycolipids (10.35-30.73%). Essential fatty acids for aquatic larvae, Eicosapentaenoic acid, EPA (20.5n3, 5.39% of phospholipids) and Docosahexsaenoic acid, DHA (22:6n3, 2.60% of neutral lipids) were found in Cervicornia cuspidifera (TAN-D-01) (order Hadromerida). The characteristics of fatty acids in marine microorganisms isolated from sponges were monounsaturated fatty acids, MUFs (0.33-91.25% TFA). Major component of the fatty acids were vaccenic acid (C:18 1n7), palmitoleic acid (C16:1n7) and palmitic acid (C16:0). The C18:1n7 was the highest fatty acid found in the amount of 91.25%(%TFA). The study of time effect on bacterial culture showed that bacterial culture for 72-96 hrs. gave the highest total lipids and there was no effect on fatty acid compositions. | en |
