| dc.description.abstract | ภาวะปากแหว่งเพดานโหว่ในเด็กเป็นความพิการแต่กำเนิดของศีรษะและใบหน้า ซึ่งมีผลกระทบต่อร่างกายและจิตใจของเด็กและผู้ปกครอง การรักษาที่ได้ผลดีและเป็นที่ยอมรับคือการทำผ่าตัดเพื่อแก้ไขความพิการดังกล่าว การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการดูแลเด็กเป็นสิ่งสำคัญต่อเด็กปากแหว่งเพดานโหว่ ทั้งระยะก่อนและหลังการผ่าตัด รวมทั้งการดูแลเด็กต่อที่บ้าน พยาบาลมีบทบาทที่สำคัญในการให้ความรู้และคำแนะนำแก่ผู้ปกครองในการดูแลเด็กปากแหว่งเพดานโหว่ รวมทั้งส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้ผู้ปกครองมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลเด็กได้อย่างเหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ | th_TH |
