| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยด้านการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลสมาคมกีฬาจังหวัด เพื่อสรา้งและตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยด้านการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลสมาคมกีฬาจังหวัดกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารสมาคมกีฬาจังหวัด และผู้อำนวยการศูนย์การกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทยจังหวัด จำนวน 480 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลสมาคมกีฬาจังหวัด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิเคราะห์ความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างและความสอดคล้องของโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุ ด้วยโปรแกรม LISREL version 8.72 ผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า โมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยด้านการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อปนะสิทธิผลสมาคมกีฬาจังหวัดมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีและยอมรับได้ ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารที่ส่งผลสุงสุดต่อประสิทธิผลสมาคมกีฬาจังหวัด ได้แก่ คุณลักษณะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร รองลงมาคือ ภาวะผู้นำ บรรยากาศองค์การและแรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ ตามลำดับ โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายประสิทธิผลสมาคมกีฬาจังหวัดร้อยละ 91 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารที่ส่งผลทางตรงต่อประสิทธิผลสมาคมกีฬาจังหวัด ได้แก่ คุณลักษณะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร ภาวะผู้นำและบรรยากาศองค์การ ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารที่ส่งผลทางอ้อมต่อประสิทธิผลสมาคมกีฬาจังหวัด ได้แก่ แรงจุงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ ส่งผลทางอ้อมผ่านบรรยากาศองค์การ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | The purposes of this research was to study administrative factors affecting the effectiveness of provincial sports associations in order to construct and verify consistency the causal relationship model of administrative factor affecting the effectiveness of provincial sports associations with empirical data. The sample consisted of 480 provincial sports association administrators and directors of sports authority of Thailand provincials center. The research instruments used were questionnaires on administrative factors affecting the effectiveness of provincial sports associations. Data was analyzed by LISREL program versions 8.72 to verify validation and consistency of the structural relationship model. The findings were as follows: The causal relationship model of administrative factors affecting the effectiveness of provincial sports associations showed congruity with empirical data and accepted. The administrative factors most affecting effectiveness or provincial sports associations were leader characteristics of administrators. This was followed by leadership, organizational climate and achievement motives. They could predict effectiveness of provincial sports associations by 91 percent with statistical significance at .01 level. The administrative factors that directly affected effectiveness of provincial sports associations were leader characteristics of administrators, leadership and organizational climate. Whereas achievement motives was indirectly affecting effectiveness of provincial sports associations by passing organizational climate. | en |
