ดรรชนีทางแบคทีเรียของน้ำทะเลบริเวณชายฝั่งทะเลภาคตะวันออก ปี 2548

Abstract

จากการเก็บตัวอย่างน้ำทะเลชายฝั่งภาคตะวันออก ตั้งแต่ ปากแม่น้ำบางปะกง ไปจนถึงอ่าวคุ้งกระเบน ทั้งหมด 22 สถานี ในช่วงฤดูแล้ง (มีนาคม 2548) ปละฤดูฝน (ตุลาคม 2548) มาตรวจสอบหาปริมาณแบคทีเรียบางชนิดที่เป็นเครื่องบอกถึงคุณภาพน้ำ เช่นแบคทีเรีย Coliform, Fecal coliform, Vibrio spp. และ Enterococci พบว่าตัวอย่างน้ำจากสถานีส่วนใหญ่มีแบคทีเรียปนเปื้อนอยู่ในปริมาณสูง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งบริเวณ หน้าศาลากลางจังหวัดชลบุรี อ่างศิลา และศรีราชา ปริมาณ Coliform สูงสุดที่ตรวจพบ คือ 1.75 x 105 MPN/100 มิลลิลิตร ตามลำดับ ที่อ่างศิลา ในเดือนมีนาคม Seawater samples were collected from Bangpakong estuary to Ao Khung Kraben (22 stations) to investigate the water quality in the dry (March 2005) and wet (October 2005) seasons. Some bacterial strains occurred in the seawater were quantified : coliform, fecal coliform, Vibrio spp. and enterococci. result showed seawater quality was heavily polluted by the bacteria in many stations especially at Chon Buri city hall, Ang Sila, and Sri Racha. The highest number of the total coloforms detected was 1.75 x 105 MPN/100 ml at Chon Buri city hall in October. And the highest number of the Vibrio spp.and Enterococci detected were 3.80 x 105 colony/100 ml and 2.0 x 103 MPN/100 ml respectively at Ang Sila in March.
