| dc.description.abstract | ห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยเป็นสถาบันบริการสารสนเทศที่มีศักยภาพและมีบทบาทสำคัญยิ่งในการพัฒนาสังคมสารสนเทศ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการให้บริการสารสนเทศในด้านภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น อันจะนำใปสู่การพัฒนาการเรียนรู้และคุณภาพชีวิตเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้แก่สังคมไทยอย่างยั่งยืน บทความนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการนำเสรอรูปแบบการจัดการสารสนเทศภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัย โดยสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับลักษณะและขอบเขตของสารสนเทศภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นเปรียบเทียบกับองค์ความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี วัตถุประสงค์ในการบริหารจัดการสารสนเทศภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นของห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยแล้ว รวมทั้งนำเสนอแนวคิดเชิงการบริหารองค์กรสมัยใหม่ในเชิงกลยุทธ์ด้านการจัดการสารสนเทศภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ตลอดจนการบริการเชิงรุกโดยเน้นวิธีการประชาสัมพันธ์เพื่อขยายช่องทางในการเข้าถึงสารสนเทศภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น | th_TH |
