| dc.description.abstract | ภาวะซึมเศร้าในนักศึกษาพยาบาล ส่งผลกระทบต่อพัฒนาการด้านความคิด อารมณ์ แรงจูงใจ ร่างกาย และพฤติกรรม ซึ่งผลกระทบรุนแรงที่สุดของภาวะซึมเศร้าในนักศึกษาคือ การฆ่าตัวตาย จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมพบว่า ความชุกของภาวะซึมเศร้าในนักศึกษาพยาบาลอยู่ในระดับสูง เนื่องมาจากนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่เป็นวัยรุ่นหญิง นอกจากนักศึกษาต้องปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงด้านร่างกายและสิ่งแวดล้อมแล้ว ยังต้องปรับตัวต่อรูปแบบการใช้ชีวิตของการเรียนวิชาชีพพยาบาล ที่มีแนวโน้มต่อการเกิดความเครียดและภาวะซึมเศร้า บทความนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อชี้ให้เห็นถึงปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเกิดภาวะซึมเศร้า และป้องกันการเกิดภาวะซึมเศร้าในนักศึกษาพยาบาล เพื่อเป็นแนวทางสำหรับป้องกันปัญหาภาวะซึมเศร้าและส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษาพยบาล | th_TH |
