| dc.description.abstract | บทนํา : การแพร่ระบาดของไวรัสโคโรนาส่งผลกระทบต่อการศึกษาทางการแพทย์ทั่วโลก รวมไปถึงการสอบเพื่อรับการประเมินและรับรองความรู้ความสามารถในการประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรม เนื่องจากมาตรการควบคุมการแพร่กระจายเชื้อทำให้เกิดความไม่แน่นอนและความยากลำบากในการจัดสอบ มีความจำเป็นต้องเลื่อนสอบหลายครั้ง ส่งผลกระทบต่อนักศึกษาแพทย์ผู้เขารับการประเมินและอาจส่งผลถึงผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการสอบได้ วัตถุประสงค์ : วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบของการระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์การสอบประเมินความรู้ความสามารถในการประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรม ขั้นตอนที่ 1 และ 2 ในกลุ่มคณะแพทยศาสตร์ จำนวน 5 สถาบัน รูปแบบการวิจัย : การวิจัยทางแพทยศาสตร์ศึกษาในรูปแบบการสังเกตและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบพหุสถาบัน วิธีการศึกษา: รวบรวมข้อมูลอัตราการสอบผ่านการประเมินความรู้ความสามารถในการประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรม ขั้นตอนที่ 1,2 ในการสอบครั้งแรกของนิสิตแพทย์ในคณะแพทยศาสตร์ จำนวน 5 สถาบัน ตั้งแต่ปีการศึกษา 2561 – 2566 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ และคำนวณความสัมพันธ์ทางสถิติ ผลการศึกษา: อัตราการสอบผ่านการประเมินความรู้ความสามารถในการประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรม ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ในช่วงที่มีการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด 19 มีค่าฉลี่ยร้อยละ 63.9 เปรียบเทียบกับอัตราการสอบผ่านช่วงระยะก่อนและหลังการระบาดมีค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ 80.6 มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p value = 0.001) สำหรับการสอบขั้นตอนที่ 2 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบช่วงการระบาดทั้งหมดกับช่วงก่อนและหลังการระบาดจากข้อมูลของงานวิจัยนี้ไม่พบความแตกต่างของอัตราการสอบผ่านอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่หากวิเคราะห์อัตราการสอบผ่าน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 แยกช่วงของการระบาดเปรียบเทียบช่วง Pandemic alert period กับช่วง Pandemic period พบว่าอัตราการผ่านขั้นตอนที่มีความแตกต่างอยางมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยอัตราการผ่านเฉลี่ยอยูที่ 90.04% และ 84.18% ตามลำดับ (p = 0.009) สรุป: การแพร่ระบาดและระยะของการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด 19 ส่งผลกระทบต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์การสอบประเมินความรู้ความสามารถในการประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรมในกลุ่มคณะแพทยศาสตร์ 5 สถาบัน สถาวะการณ์ที่แตกต่างกันในแต่ละช่วงของการระบาดอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อผลการสอบของนักศึกษาแพทย์ ควรให้ความสำคัญกับการพิจารณาบริบทและช่วงเวลาที่ใช้ในการประเมินผลการสอบในช่วงเหตุการณ์ที่ไม่เคยเกิดขึ้นมาก่อนเช่นนี้ | th_TH |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | Background : The coronavirus pandemic has affected medical education worldwide, including the Medical Competency Assessment for the National License. Due to measures to control the spread of the virus, there was uncertainty and difficulty in holding the exam. The National License Examinations had to be postponed several times, affecting medical students who took the assessment and potentially impacting their achievement in the examination. Objective : The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the achievement of the National License Examinations (NLE), Steps 1 and 2, in the Faculties of Medicine of five institutions. Study design: An Analysis of a Multicenter Observational Study. Method: Data were collected on the medical students' first-attempt performance on the National License Examinations, Steps 1 and 2, from the academic years 2018 to 2023. The passing rates of the examination were analyzed and statistically tested using the independent t-test. Results: The passing rate of the National License Examinations, Step 1, during the COVID-19 pandemic period was 63.9%, compared to the passing rate of the pre-pandemic and post pandemic periods, which was 80.6%, with a statistically significant difference (p-value = 0.001). According to research results, while the pass rate for Step 2 of the NLE did not show a statistically significant difference when comparing the overall pandemic period to the time before and after the pandemic, a more detailed analysis reveals interesting findings. When breaking down the pandemic into the Pandemic Alert Period and the Pandemic Period, there is a statistically significant difference in pass rates for Step 2. For the NLE Step 2 examination, the average passing rate during the pandemic alert and pandemic periods was 90.04% and 84.18%, respectively (p = 0.009). Conclusion: The COVID-19 pandemic and the phase of the pandemic affected the achievement of the National License Examinations in the group of five medical faculties. The varying conditions during different stages of the pandemic likely influenced the performance of medical students, highlighting the importance of considering the context and timing when evaluating assessment results during such unprecedented events. | th_TH |
