dc.description.abstractกลุ่มอาการผิดปกติทางระบบกล้ามเนื้อและโครงสร้างกระดูกเป็นปัญหาสุขภาพสำคัญในญาติผู้ดูแลคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวที่จำเป็นต้องมีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันที่เหมาะสม การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการป้องกันกลุ่มอาการผิดปกติทางระบบกล้ามเนื้อและโครงสร้างกระดูกของญาติผู้ดูแลคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหว และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกัน ดังกล่าวกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นญาติผู้ดูแลคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวที่อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 200 คน ที่ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนพฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2562-เดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2563 โดยใช้ แบบสัมภาษณ์ที่มีข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกัน (มีค่า KR 20 เท่ากับ 0.80) ทัศนคติต่อการป้องกันการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพ การได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคม และพฤติกรรมการป้องกัน (มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคระหว่าง 0.82-0.96) การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการเกิดกลุ่มอาการผิดปกติทางระบบกล้ามเนื้อและโครงสร้างกระดูกในภาพรวม ด้านจัดการความเครียด และด้านการปรับเปลี่ยนท่าทางอยู่ในระดับสูงส่วนพฤติกรรมด้านการออกกำลังกายและด้านการบริหารกล้ามเนื้ออยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ตัวแปรการได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคม ความรู้ในการป้องกัน และทัศนคติต่อการป้องกัน มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันฯ โดยสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายพฤติกรรมการป้องกันฯ ได้ร้อยละ 42.6 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (R 2 = 0.426, F = 5.881,p< 0.05) ดังนั้น พยาบาลและบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องควรพัฒนาโปรแกรมส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันในกลุ่มญาติผู้ดูแลคนพิการทางการเคลื่อนไหวโดยเพิ่มการสนับสนุนจากเครือข่ายทางสังคม การให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกัน ตลอดจนการเพิ่มทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการป้องกัน จะทำให้ญาติผู้ดูแลมีสุขภาพที่ดีและสามารถดำรงบทบาทการดูแล นำมาซึ่งคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีทั้งญาติผู้ดูแลและคนพิการต่อไป

dc.description.abstractalternativeA musculoskeletal disorder among family caregivers is a health problem that requires appropriate preventive behaviors. This predictive correlational research aimed to describe the preventive behaviors against musculoskeletal disorders among family caregivers and to determine factors influencing those preventive behaviors. Data were carried out from November 2019 to January 2020. Research instruments were interviews including basic information, preventive behavior knowledge (Kruder-Richardson = 0.80), the preventive behavior toward attitude, the health service accessibility, the social support, and the preventive behaviors (Cronbach’s alpha coefficients = 0.82 - 0.96). Descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple regression statistics were performed to analyze the data. The results revealed that the preventive behaviors against musculoskeletal disorder among participants in overall, the stress management and the posture adjustment aspects were rated at high levels. While the exercise and the muscle relaxation aspects were rated at medium levels. The social support, together with the preventive behavior knowledge, and the preventive behavior toward attitude could explain 42.6% (R 2 = 0.426, F = 5.881, p< 0.05) of the variance accounted for the preventive behaviors. These findings suggest that nurses and other health personnel should develop the program to promote preventive behaviors in the family caregiver through increasing supports from social networks, providing preventive behavior knowledge, and improving the preventive behavior toward attitude. Consequently, family caregivers have good health and can maintain their caregiving role to improve quality of life both family caregivers and persons with physical disabilities.
