| dc.description.abstract | ภาวะอารมณ์เศร้าหลังคลอดเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงของอารมณ์ที่ส่งผลต่อภาวะซึมเศร้าที่รุนแรงได้ความชุกและรูปแบบของภาวะอารมณ์เศร้าหลังคลอดในมารดาวัยรุ่นอาจแตกต่างจากมารดาหลังคลอดวัยผู้ใหญ่การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความชุกและรูปแบบของภาวะอารมณ์เศร้าหลังคลอดในมารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอดในช่วง 7 วันหลังคลอด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ มารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอดที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 10-19 ปี พักฟื้นที่แผนกหลังคลอด โรงพยาบาลสตึก จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ จำนวน 115 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยให้มารดาตอบแบบสอบถามภาวะอารมณ์เศร้าหลังคลอดของเคนเนอร์รี่และเกท ฉบับภาษาไทย ทุกวันในช่วง 7 วันหลังคลอด ซึ่งแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .81 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบวัดซ้ำ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ในช่วง 7 วันหลังคลอด มารดา 57 ราย (จากทั้งหมด 115 ราย) มีภาวะอารมณ์เศร้าหลังคลอด คิดเป็นอัตราความชุกเท่ากับ ร้อยละ 49.60 ช่วงเวลาที่พบอัตราการเกิดมากที่สุดคือในวันที่ 3 4 และ 5 และจะค่อย ๆ ลดลงในวันที่ 6 และ 7 ตามลำดับ กลุ่มอาการแสดงที่พบมากที่สุดของภาวะอารมณ์เศร้าหลังคลอด คือ กลุ่มอาการอารมณ์เศร้า พบร้อยละ 21.40 มารดาที่มีภาวะอารมณ์เศร้าหลังคลอดในระดับความรุนแรง พบเพียงร้อยละ 3 และผลการวิเคราะห์ คะแนนความรุนแรงของภาวะอารมณ์เศร้าในช่วง 7วัน พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (F = 48.551; p< .05) ผลการศึกษานี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการดูแลมารดาหลังคลอดวัยรุ่น โดยติดตามคัดกรองภาวะอารมณ์เศร้าหลังคลอดของมารดาวัยรุ่นเพื่อป้องกันความรุนแรงที่อาจพัฒนาต่อไปเป็นภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังคลอด | |

| dc.description.abstractalternative | Maternity blues is a transient mood swings during postpartum that may lead to severe postpartum depression and that the prevalence and patterns of maternity blues in adolescent mothers might differ from what have been found in adult postpartum mothers. The purpose of this survey research was to study the prevalence and patterns of maternity blues in adolescent mothersduring the first 7 days after delivery. Research participants were 115 adolescent mothers aged 10-19 years at the postpartum ward of Satuek hospital, Buriram province. Adolescent mothers were asked to complete the Thai version of Kennerley and Gaths Maternity Blues Questionnaire on daily basis during the first 7 days postpartum. The reliability of questionnaire was.81. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics and One-way Repeated measure ANOVA. The results showed that 57 adolescent mothers (out of 115) experienced maternity blues during the first 7 days after delivery, resulting in the prevalence of 49.60 %. The time pattern of maternity blues showed a typical peaking on the 3rd, 4th and 5th day postpartum and gradually decreased on day 6th and day 7th . The most cluster of symptoms experienced by adolescent mothers was primary blues (21.40 %). Only 3 % of mothers experienced severe blues. The maternity scores on each 7 days were statistically and significantly differed (F = 48.551, p < .05). The results of this study can be used to provide care for postpartum adolescent mothers by screening and monitoring maternity blues of adolescent mothers and provide education which will help to prevent postpartum depression among mothers. | |
