dc.description.abstract	บิดาวัยรุ่นมีจำนวนมากขึ้น วัยรุ่นเหล่านี้อาจไม่พร้อมต่อการเป็นบิดา ทำให้มีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลครอบครัวน้อยการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลครอบครัว และปัจจัยเกี่ยวข้องที่ร่วมกันอธิบายการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลครอบครัวของบิดาวัยรุ่นที่มีบุตรครั้งแรกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บิดาวัยรุ่นที่มีบุตรครั้งแรกที่ภรรยามารับการตรวจสุขภาพหลังคลอดที่คลินิกวางแผนครอบครัว โรงพยาบาลนครปฐม และโรงพยาบาลราชบุรีผ่านเกณฑ์การคัดเข้าร่วมการศึกษา และได้มาด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบสะดวก จำนวน 119 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลแบบสอบถามประสบการณ์การได้รับการเลี้ยงดูจากบิดาแบบวัด ความมั่นใจในการเป็นบิดาที่ดีแบบสอบถามสัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่ครองแบบสอบถามความเครียด และแบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมของบิดาในระยะหลังคลอด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสบการณ์การได้รับการเลี้ยงดูจากบิดาความมั่นใจในการเป็นบิดาที่ดีสัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่ครองและความเครียดร่วมกันอธิบายการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลครอบครัวร้อยละ 18.4 (R 2 = .184, F4, 114 = 6.44, p< .001) แต่มีเพียงตัวแปรต้น 2 ตัวที่มีผลต่อตัวแปรตาม (การมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลครอบครัว) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติโดยตัวแปรต้นที่มีผลต่อตัวแปรตามมากที่สุด คือ สัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่ครอง (beta = 0.35, p= .001) รองลงมา คือ ความมั่นใจในการเป็นบิดาที่ดี (beta = 0.18, p= .04) ผลการวิจัยเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลแผนกหลังคลอดควรประเมินบิดาวัยรุ่นเกี่ยวกับสัมพันธภาพระหว่างคู่ครองและความมั่น ใจในการเป็นบิดาที่ดีเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการช่วยเหลือให้บิดาวัยรุ่นมีสัมพันธภาพกับคู่ครองที่ดีและมีความมั่น ใจในการเป็นบิดา นำไปสู่การมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลครอบครัวของบิดา

dc.description.abstractalternative	Adolescent fathers are increased for which they might not be ready to be fathers. This leads them to be less likely to involve in caring their family. Objective of this study was to examine father involvement in family care and its predicting factors among first-time adolescent fathers. Participants were 119 first-time adolescent fathers who had wife received postpartum follow-up service from family planning clinics at Nakhonpathom and Ratchaburi hospitals. They met study criteria and were selected by convenience sampling. Data were collected by demographic questionnaire, experience of being nurtured father questionnaire, confidence of being a good father scale, marital relationship questionnaire, stress questionnaire, and father involvement in family care during postpartum period questionnaire. Data were analysed by descriptive statistics and standard multiple regression analysis. Study resulted that experience of being nurtured by father, confidence of being a good father, marital relationship, and stress altogether accounted for 18.4% of the variance in father involvement in family care (R 2 = .184, F4,114= 6.44, p< .001). However, only two independent variables (marital relationship and confidence of being a good father) significantly explained dependent variable (DV: father involvement in family care). Marital relationship mostly significantly affected the DV (beta = 0.35, p= .001). Confidence of being a good father least significantly affected the DV (beta = 0.18, p= .04). Findings suggest that postpartum care nurses should assess adolescent fathers about their marital relationship and confidence of being a good father. That would be a direction for nurse to encourage fathers’ marital relationship and confidence of being a good father leading fathers to involve in caring for their family.
