dc.description.abstract	ความคิดเห็นต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐของบุคลากรกองบัญชาการสถาบันวิชาการป้องกันประเทศ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นการบริหาราชการภาครัฐและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพ การบริหารราชการภาครัฐของบุคลากรกองบัญชาการ สถาบันวิชาการป้องกันประเทศ จำแนกตามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของบุคลากร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บุคลากรกองบัญชาการ สถาบันวิชาการป้องกันประเทศ จำนวน 175 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบ t-test และการทดสอบ One-Way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริหารราชการภาครัฐมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ในด้านการเตรียมความพร้อม มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดรองลงมาเป็นด้านการปฏิบัติ, ด้านการวัดและจัดการความรู้ และน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านผลการดำเนินงาน ตามลำดับ ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็น พบว่า บุคลากรกองบัญชาการ สถาบันวิชาการป้องกันประเทศที่มีเพศ อายุ ชั้นยศ ระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริหารจัดการภาครัฐของบุคลากรกองบัญชาการ สถาบันวิชาการปัองกันประเทศไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นบุคลากรที่มีระยะเวลาการทำงานต่างกัน พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริหารจัดการภาครัฐของบุคลากรกองบัญชาการ สถาบันวิชาการป้องกันประเทศแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to examine and compare the opinions toward quality development of public administration among personnel working for the headquarters of National Defense Studies Institute as classified by their personal information. The subjects participating in this study were 175 personnel, working for the headquarters of National Defense Studies Institute. The statistical tests used to analyze the collected data included percentage, means, standard deviation, the tests of t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The results of the study revealed that the subjects expressed their opinions toward quality development of public administration at a good level. When considering each aspect of quality development, the one in relation to the readiness preparation was rated with the highest mean score, followed by the aspects of practice, measurement and knowledge management, and performance, respectively. Also, based on the results from the comparison of opinions, it was shown that there were no differences in the level of opinions toward quality development of public administration among the subjects who had different gender, age, work rank, educational level. Finally, a statistically significant difference was found in the level of opinions toward quality development of public administration among the subjects who had different work length at a significant level of .05.
