dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ทางด้านการตลาด ด้านเทคนิค ด้านการจัดการและด้านการเงินที่มีผลต่อความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุนคลินิกแพทย์แผนไทยประยุกต์ในจังหวัดชลบุรีโดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ใช้บริการคลินิกแพทย์แผนไทยประยุกต์ในจังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 400 ราย และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ประกอบการคลินิกแพทย์แผนไทยประยุกต์ในจังหวัดชลบุรี ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การลงทุนคลินิกแพทย์แผนไทยประยุกต์มีความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุนทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการตลาด ด้านเทคนิค ด้านการจัดการ และด้านการเงิน ผลการวิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่าของโครงการ พบว่า โครงการมีมูลค่าปัจจุบัน สุทธิ (NPV) เท่ากับ 4,809,642.47 บาท อัตราส่วนผลประโยชน์ต่อค่าใช้จ่าย (BCR) เท่ากับ 1.52 อัตราผลตอบแทนภายในจากการลงทุน (IRR) เท่ากับร้อยละ 41 และมีระยะเวลาคืนทุนเท่ากับ 3.31 ปี ผลการวิเคราะห์ความอ่อนไหวของโครงการ พบว่า หากคลินิกแพทย์แผนไทยประยุกต์ในโครงการนี้ มีผลตอบแทนจากการดำเนินงานลดลงร้อยละ 5 ร้อยละ 10 และร้อยละ15 ในขณะที่ค่าใชจ่ายดำเนินงานคงที่หรือผลตอบแทนจากการดำเนินงานคงที่ในขณะที่ค่าใช้จ่ายดำเนินงานเพิ่มขึ้น ร้อยละ 5 ร้อยละ 10 และร้อยละ 15 โครงการนี้จะยังให้ผลตอบแทนที่คุ้มค่าต่อการลงทุน

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study the feasibility of marketing, technical, management and financial aspects that affected the feasibility of investment in Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic in Chonburi by collecting data from patients using Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic. There were 400 patients in Chonburi, and in-depth interviews were conducted with the entrepreneurs of Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic in Chonburi. The results of the study indicated that investing in Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic was feasible to invest in 4 aspects: marketing, technical, management, and financial. From the analysis of the project's value, it was found that the project had a Net Present Value (NPV) of 4,809,642.47 baht. The Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) was 1.52. Internal Rate of Return (IRR) was 41%, and the payback period was 3.31 years. From the sensitivity analysis of the project, it was found that if the operating returns of Thai Traditional Medicine Clinic in this project decreased by 5%, 10% and 15% and the operating expenses were stable, it would be worth investing. In addition, if the operating returns were stable and the operating expenses increased by 5%, 10% and 15%, the project would still be worth investing
