dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาการพัฒนารูปแบบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และประเมิน ความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ มีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน ประกอบด้วย 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน โดยศึกษาเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าร้อยละ 2) พัฒนารูปแบบโดยเทคนิคเดลฟายแบบปรับปรุง 2 รอบจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 17 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่ามัธยฐาน (Median) และ ค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ (Inter quartile) 3) ประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบโดยการสนทนากลุ่มจากผู้บริหารการศึกษา และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานจำนวน 8 คน โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา 4) สรุปรายงาน ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. รูปแบบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีองค์ประกอบ 10 ด้าน คือ 1) วิสัยทัศน์ 2) สติปัญญา 3) ทัศนคติเชิงบวก 4) จินตนาการ 5) ความยืดหยุ่น 6) การเป็นผู้นำคิดค้นงานใหม่ 7) การทำงาน เป็นทีม 8) บุคลิกภาพ 9) การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ 10) ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ 2. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พบว่าองค์ประกอบทั้ง 10 ด้านมีความเหมาะสมโดยเรียงลำดับความสำคัญดังนี้ 1) ความยืดหยุ่น 2) จินตนาการ 3) ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ 4) วิสัยทัศน์ 5) สติปัญญา 6) ทัศนคติเชิงบวก 7) การเป็นผู้นำคิดค้นงานใหม่ 8) การทำงานเป็นทีม 9) การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ 10) บุคลิกภาพ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study the development of creative leadership model of school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. The research process consisted of; 1) document study and interview with 7 experts, 2) compiling opinions from 17 experts by applying the Modified Delphi technique, 3) evaluating the model by focus group discussion with 8 educational administrators and school administrators. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, median, and inter quartile. The research results can be summarized as follows: 1. The result of the research showed that the creative leadership model of school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission had 10 components which were; 1) vision, 2) wisdom, 3) positive attitude, 4) imagination, 5) flexibility, 6) leadership in creating new jobs, 7) team work, 8) personality, 9) interaction, and 10) emotional intelligence. 2. The result of the creative leadership model of school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission as evaluation by the expert panel was found suitable, ranging from; 1) Flexibility, 2) Imagination, 3) Emotional Intelligence, 4) vision, 5) intelligence, 6) positive attitude, 7) Leadership in creating new jobs, 8) Team work, 9) Interaction, and 10) Personality, respectively.
