dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อผลสำเร็จของ โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และสร้างโมเดลความสัมพันธ์โครงสร้างเชิงเส้นของปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อผลสำเร็จของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 480 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ตอน คือ ตอนที่ 1 สภาพความคิดเห็นด้านภาวะผู้นำ ตอนที่ 2 สภาพ ความคิดเห็นด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์การ ตอนที่ 3 สภาพความคิดเห็นด้านความผูกพันต่อองค์การ และตอนที่ 4 สภาพความคิดเห็นด้านผลสำเร็จในการบริหารของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานของ ตัวแปรสังเกตได้ประกอบด้วย ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความเบ้ ความโด่ง วิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรแฝงที่ใช้ในการศึกษา วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเชิงยืนยันเพื่อตรวจสอบความตรงของ รูปแบบการวัดตัวแปรแฝงและตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบสมมติฐานกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS และประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุทางการบริหารที่ส่งผลต่อผลสำเร็จของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีจำนวน 3 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้าน ภาวะผู้นำ ปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์การ และปัจจัยด้านความผูกพันต่อองค์การ รูปแบบความสัมพันธ์ เชิงสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพผลสำเร็จของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ประกอบ ด้วย ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อผลสำเร็จของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา มี 3 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำ ปัจจัยวัฒนธรรมองค์การ และปัจจัยความผูกพันต่อองค์การ โดยไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อผลสำเร็จของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา มี 2 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อผลสำเร็จของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาผ่านวัฒนธรรมองค์การอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผ่านความผูกพันต่อองค์การโดยไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และวัฒนธรรมองค์การ มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อผลสำเร็จของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาผ่านความผูกพันต่อองค์การโดยไม่มีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research objectives were; to study administrative factors affecting the success of secondary schools, and to create a relationship model of administrative factors affecting the success of secondary schools. The participants were teachers in secondary school under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, totally 480 persons. The tools used in the research were questionnaires developed by the researcher divided into 4 parts; part 1, opinion towards leadership, part 2, opinions about organizational culture, part 3, opinions about organizational commitment and part 4, opinions regarding administrative achievement of the secondary schools. The statistics for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis. The correlation coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis to verify the validity of the latent variable measurement model and check the consistency of the hypothesis model with the empirical data by using SPSS program and assess the suitability of the model. The results of the data analysis showed that the administrative factors affecting the success of secondary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, consisted of 3 factors which were; leadership factors, organizational culture factors, and organizational commitment factors. A model for the success of the secondary school under the Office of the Basic Education Commission consisted of 3 factors which directly influenced the success of secondary schools, namely leadership factor, organizational culture factors, and organizational commitment factors without statistical significance. Factors that indirectly influence the success of secondary schools comprised of 2 factors which were leadership, indirectly influenced the achievement of secondary schools through organizational culture with statistical significance at the level of .05, through commitment to the organization without statistic significance, and organizational culture indirectly influenced the achievement of secondary schools through organizational commitment without statistically significant.
