dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจเพื่อศึกษาลักษณะการเกิดบาดแผลในผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่มารับการรักษาที่ห้องทำแผล แผนกอุบัติเหตุ-ฉุกเฉิน ศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา และพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการเกิดบาดแผล ปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดบาดแผล การดูแลบาดแผลเบื้องต้นในผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่มารับการรักษาที่คลินิกโรคเบาหวาน แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก ศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ระหว่างวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม- 31 ตุลาคม 2546 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยคร้งนี้ คือ ผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่มารับการรักษาที่ห้องทำแผลแผนกอุบัติเหตุ - ฉุกเฉิน และผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่มารับการรักษาที่คลินิกโรคเบาหวาน แผนกผู้ป่วยนอกศูนย์วิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา โดยคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง และตามความสมัครใจของผู้ป่วย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ข้อมูลทั่วไป ประวัติการเจ็บป่วย พฤติกรรมการป้องกันการเกิดบาดแผลและการดูแลบาดแผลเบื้องต้นและแบบบันทึกข้อมูลการตรวจร่างกาย สภาพผิวหนังและเล็บ การตรวจเท้า การตรวจความรู้สึกที่เท้า การประเมินสภาพรองเท้า ผลการตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สาเหตุของบาดแผลส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากอุบัติเหตุ รองลงมาได้แก่ ไม่ทราบสาเหตุ หรือเกิดขึ้นเอง ปัจจัยที่มีแนวโน้มในการทำให้เกิดบาดแผลคือ ความผิดปกติของระบบประสาทรับความรู้สึก สภาพผิวหนัง เล็บ และชีพจรที่เท้าปติ ส่วนพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการเกิดบาดแผลและการดูแลแผลเบื้องต้นนั้น ผู้ป่วยส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจและปฏิบัติ ทั้งในกลุ่มที่เคยมีและไม่เคยมีบาดแผล	th_TH

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research was cross-sectional. The purposeof this study were to survey wound occurrence feature, wound causative factors, wound preventive behavior and wound primary care in diabetic patients who were treated at Health Science Center, Burapha University during July 1, 2003-October 31, 2003. The samoles for studying wound occurrence feature were collected from the patients that treated at wound dressing room, Emergency department. The samples for studying wound causative factors, wound preventive behavior, wound primary care were collected from patients that treated at DM clinic, out patients department. Both groups of samples were selected by non-purposive sampling. The research tools were used are the record from interviewing patients personal information, general data, illness data, wound preventive behavior, wound primary care, physical exam, skin and nail exam, foot exam, foot sensory exam, shoes evaluation, lab investigation The results of this study shows that the cause of wound occurrence mostly were from accidents and unknown cause respectively. Wound causative factors may be from peripheral neuropathy, skin nail and pulse abnormality. Most of the patients know how to take care themselves in wound prevention, wound primary care and regularly practice in both groups that had wound history or not.	en
