dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อ การบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูในสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่ และมอร์แกน (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-610) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 118 คน และทำการสุ่ม แบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) โดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นเกณฑ์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนก รายข้ออยู่ระหว่าง .30-.70 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .92 และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยการใช้วิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s method) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. ความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมของผู้บริหารในสถานศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลเมืองชลบุรี จังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aimed to compare the satisfaction of teachers on participatory administration of school administrators under Chonburi Town Municipality, Chonburi Province as classified by educational background and the work experiences. The sample included teachers in Chonburi Town Municipality, Chonburi Province. Based on Krejcie and Morgan Sample Size Table (Krejcie & Morgan, 1970, pp. 607-610), the sample, derived by means of stratified random sampling, using school as a criterion, consisted of 118 teachers. The instrument used for collecting data was five-rating scale questionnaire. The discrimination power of the questionnaire was between .30-40 and the reliability was .92. The data were analyzed by a computer program; using mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method. The research results were as follows: 1. The satisfaction of teachers on participatory administration of school administrators under Chonburi Town Municipality, Chonburi Province, both as a whole and in each particular aspect, were found at a high level. 2. The satisfaction of teachers on participatory administration of school administrators under Chonburi Town Municipality, Chonburi Province, classified by the educational background, both as a whole and in each particular aspect were not statistically significant different. 3. The satisfaction of teachers on participatory administration of school administrators under Chonburi Town Municipality, Chonburi Province, classified by work experiences, both as a whole and in each particular aspect were not statistically significant different.
