dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนการปฏิบัติและความรู้เรื่องการส่งเสริมสุขภาพฟันเพื่อป้องกัน ฟันผุก่อนและหลังทดลองระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม และ 2) เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนการปฏิบัติและความรู้เรื่องการส่งเสริมสุขภาพฟันเพื่อป้องกันฟันผุก่อนทดลอง หลังทดลองและระยะติดตามผลของกลุ่มทดลองกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 เลือกแบบเจาะจง 50 คน กลุ่มทดลอง 25 คน กลุ่มควบคุม 25 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แผนกิจกรรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพฟันเพื่อป้องกันฟันผุโดยประยุกต์แนวคิดการกำกับตนเอง จำนวน 9 แผนและแบบประเมินการปฏิบัติและความรู้เกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมสุขภาพฟัน เพื่อป้องกันฟันผุวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test Repleated one-way ANOVA และ LSD ซึ่งกำหนดระดับความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัย: 1) ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนการปฏิบัติและความรู้เรื่องการส่งเสริมสุขภาพฟัน เพื่อป้องกันฟันผุก่อนการทดลองของกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม ไม่แตกต่างกัน หลังการทดลอง ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนการปฏิบัติและความรู้เรื่องการส่งเสริมสุขภาพฟันเพื่อป้องกันฟันผุกลุ่มทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ2) ค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนการปฏิบัติและความรู้เรื่องการส่งเสริมสุขภาพฟันเพื่อป้องกันฟันผุในกลุ่มทดลอง หลังการทดลอง สูงกว่าก่อนการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในระยะติดตามผลและหลังการทดลอง ไม่แตกต่างกัน

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aimed to 1) compare the mean scores of the practice and knowledge about promoting dental health for dental caries prevention before and after treatment between the experimental group and the control group 2) compare the mean scores of practice and knowledge about promoting dental health for dental caries prevention before and after treatment and follow-up phase of the experimental group and the control group. The sample was selected by purposive selecting students froms grade 1: an experimental group of 25 students and a control group of 25 students. The research instruments were activity plans comprising knowledge about promoting dental health for dental caries prevention with application of self-regulation and the evaluation form of the practice test and knowledge about promoting dental health for protecting dental caries. The data obtained were analyzed by using percentage, frequency, standard deviation, t-test, Repleated one - way ANOVA and LSD which determined the statistically significant diffences at the .05 level. The findings were as follows: 1) The mean scores of practice and knowledge about promoting dental health for dental caries prevention before treatment of the experimental group and the control group were found no differences. After treatment, the mean scores of practice and knowledge about promoting dental health for dental caries prevention of the experimental group were found significantly higher than the control group at the .05 level 2) The mean scores of practice and knowledge about promoting dental health for dental caries prevention of the experimental group after treatment were found significantly higher than before treatment at the .05 level. For the follow-up phase and after treatment, the mean scores of knowledge were found no significant differences while the mean scores of practice test were found significantly better than after treatment at the .05 level.
