dc.description.abstract	การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive study) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยภาวะหัวใจขาดเลือดเฉียบพลัน โรงพยาบาลจุฬารัตน์ 3 อินเตอร์ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 200 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเป็นระบบดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ รวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่าง เมษายน-มิถุนายน 2561 วิเคราะห์ด้วยค่าสถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พอยท์ไบซีเรียล ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ป่วยภาวะหัวใจขาดเลือดเฉียบพลันมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองใน ระดับสูง คะแนนเฉลี่ย 60.74 (SD = 5.14) ผลการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยภาวะหัวใจขาดเลือดเฉียบพลัน ได้แก่ เพศ (rpb= 0.247, p< 0.01) ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพ (r= 0.185, p< 0.01) ระยะเวลาการเจ็บป่วย (r = 0.151, p< 0.05) และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม (r= 0.145, p< 0.05) จากผลการวิจัย มีข้อเสนอแนะ ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานเพื่อนำไปใช้ในการพัฒนาแนวทางสำหรับการส่งเสริมการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วยภาวะหัวใจขาดเลือดเฉียบพลันต่อไป

dc.description.abstractalternative	This descriptive study aimed to factors associated with self-care behaviors of acute coronary syndrome patients, Chularat 3 international hospital, Samutprakan province. The sample of 200 persons was derived from systematic sampling. Data collection included a questionnaire was between april and june 2018. Analysis was done in terms ofPercentage, Average, Standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient and Point-biserial correlation coefficient. Research results showed that acute coronary syndrome patients expressed a high level of self-care with the average of 60.74 (SD = 5.14). In addition, the analysis revealed following factors related to self-care behaviors of acute coronary syndrome patients:gender (rpb= 0.247, p< 0.01), Health belief (r= 0.185, p< 0.01), duration of illness (r = 0.151, p< 0.05) and social support (r= 0.145, p< 0.05). Suggestions from this research could be used for developing guideline in order to promote positive self-care behaviors among acute coronary syndrome patients.
