dc.description.abstract	ในการศึกษา “ปัจจัยกำหนดการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการโฮสเทลของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวเยอรมันในเมืองพัทยา” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ประการแรกเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยกำหนดการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการโฮสเทลของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวเยอรมันในเมืองพัทยาและประการที่สองเพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยกำหนดการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการโฮสเทลของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวเยอรมันในเมืองพัทยาสรุปผลการศึกษาปัจจัยกำหนดการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการโฮสเทล พบว่า โดยภาพรวมปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวเยอรมันในเมืองพัทยาอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยให้ความสำคัญที่ความพร้อมต่อระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยภายในที่พักโฮสเทล มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจ เลือกใช้บริการโฮสเทลผลการศึกษาการเลือกใช้บริการของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวเยอรมัน ด้านปัจจัยดึง พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยให้ความสำคัญกับราคาห้องพักเหมาะสมกับระยะเวลาที่เข้าพักผลการศึกษาการเลือกใช้บริการของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวเยอรมัน ด้านปัจจัยผลัก พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยให้ความสำคัญกับสถานที่ตั้งของโฮสเทลเหมาะสมใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวแหล่งชุมชน ร่านอาหารผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน เพศ, อายุ , สถานภาพ, อาชีพ, ระดับการศึกษาและรายได้เฉลี่ยของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวเยอรมันที่ต่างกันมีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการโฮสเทลในเมืองพัทยาแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 การเลือกใช้บริการของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวเยอรมันมีความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยกำหนดการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการโฮสเทลของนักท่องเที่ยวชาวเยอรมันในเมืองพัทยาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to examine determining factors influencing decisionmaking in choosing hostels among German tourists in Pattaya City. Also, this study aimed at comparing the determining factors affecting the decision in selecting hostels of these tourists. The results of the study revealed that the determining factor affecting decision-making of these German tourists was found at a high level. Specifically, these subjects placed an importance on a security system in the hostels. Also, it was shown that the pull factors affected the subjects’ decision-making at a high level. These subjects focused on the reasonable price of the rooms and length of stay. In addition, the subjects rated the push factors at a high level. They placed an importance on an appropriate location of hostels that needed to be close to tourist attraction spots, communities, and restaurants. Based on the results of the test of hypotheses, there were significant differences in the level of decision-making in choosing hostels among the subjects who had different gender, age, status, occupation, educational level, and average income at a significant level of .05. Finally, there was a statistically significant relationship between the subjects’ decision-making and determining factors in selecting hostels among German tourists in Pattaya City at a significant level of .05.
