dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวภายในเขตกองพันทหารราบที่ 3 กรมทหารราบที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์ (ค่ายพรหมโยธี) อำเภอเมืองจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี 2) เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติและการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในการจัดการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวภายในเขตกองพันทหารราบที่ 3 กรมทหารราบที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์ (ค่ายพรหมโยธี) อำเภอเมืองจังหวัดปราจีนบุรีโดยเป็นการวิจัยเชิง คุณภาพ (Qualitative research) ทำการเก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth interview) จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ให้ข้อมูลที่สำคัญ ประกอบด้วยกลุ่มหน่วยงานทหารกลุ่มสำนักงานการท่องเที่ยวและกีฬา จังหวัดปราจีนบุรีกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการร้านค้าและกลุ่มนักท่องเที่ยวรวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 30 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การบริหารจัดการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวค่ายกองพันทหารราบที่ 3 กรมทหารราบที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์ (ค่ายพรหมโยธี) อำเภอเมืองจังหวัดปราจีนบุรีพบว่ามีบทบาทการจัดการเป็นลำดับขั้นตอนมีแผนงาน มีจำนวนบุคลากรเพียงพอและมีความรู้ความชำนาญ ด้านเรื่องงบประมาณยังมีด้านวัสดุครุภัณฑ์ที่ยังไม่เพียงพอการพัฒนาสาธารณูปโภคยังไม่ได้มาตรฐานมีการชำรุดของถนนเป็นหลุมเป็นบ่อและห้องน้ำที่ยังไม่ได้มาตรฐานและไม่เพียงพอต่อผู้ใช้บริการ ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์มีการใช้สื่ออนไลน์ (2) การมีส่วนร่วมในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวภายในเขตพื้นที่กองพันทหารราบที่ 3 กรมทหารราบที่ 2 รักษาพระองค์ (ค่ายพรหมโยธี) พบว่ายังไม่ได้มีการสนับสนุนในส่วนนโยบายการในการพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยว (3) ด้านศึกษาทัศนคติและการมีส่วนร่วมต่อผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียพบว่า ยังขาดการส่งเสริม สนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานของภาครัฐบางส่วนและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวนั้นยังไม่เพียงพอในด้านระบบสาธารณูปโภคเนื่องจากมีห้องน้ำที่ยังไม่ได้มาตรฐานและไม่เพียงพอต่อการให้บริการและถนนมีสภาพชำรุดทรุดโทรม ในส่วนของกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวควรเพิ่มเติมกิจกรรมสำหรับเด็กเครื่องเล่นเด็ก หรือครัวริมน้ำและกิจกรรมตามเทศกาลของท้องถิ่น และการประชาสัมพันธ์เพิ่มขึ้นเพื่อเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวชั้นนำ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study 1) the management of tourist attractions affecting the development of tourist sites within the 3rd Infantry Division and 2nd Infantry Regiment, Prom Yothee Fort, Mueang District, Prachinburi Province 2) the attitudes and participation of stakeholders in the management of tourism development of tourist sites within the 3rd Infantry Division and 2nd Infantry Regiment, Prom Yothee Fort, Mueang District, Prachinburi Province. The study was Qualitative research, and the data were collected from the sample group with In-depth interview. The major informants consisted of 4 following groups: Military group, Prachin Buri Tourism and Sports Office, entrepreneurship group and the tourist group. The total number of the informants was 30 people. The results of the study were as follows: (1) To the tourism management of the 3rd Infantry Division and 2nd Infantry Regiment of Muang District, Prachin Buri Province, it was found that the management was hierarchical and there were enough staff and experts. However, the budget was still inadequate. Infrastructure development had been substandard. The roads in the provinces were bumpy. There was also a lack of toilets and the toilets were substandard. In other words, there were not enough toilets for the users. (2) To participation in the promotion and development of tourist sites within the 3rd Infantry Division and 2nd Infantry Regiment, it was found that there were no policies to support the development of tourist attractions. (3) To the study of attitudes and participation of stakeholders, there was still lack of promotion and support from some government agencies and facilities in these tourist destinations were not enough in terms of public utilities due to the lack of standard toilets and inadequate services. The roads had been deteriorated. To tourism activities, there should be more activities for children : the rides for children, waterfront restaurants, and activities for local festivals, and there should be more publicity as a leading tourist attraction
