dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยของเทศบาล เมืองบ้านสวน และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยของเทศบาล เมืองบ้านสวน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลเมืองบ้านสวน อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี จํานวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสําเร็จรูป SPSS ในการวิเคราะห์ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมานทดสอบ ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยสถิติ t-Test สําหรับคุณลักษณะของประชากรที่แบ่งได้ 2 กลุ่มและสถิติ F-test สําหรับคุณลักษณะของประชากรที่แบ่งได้ 3 กลุ่มขึ้นไป มีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่าข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็น ร้อยละ 67.75 มีช่วงอายุระหว่าง 30-39 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 35.75 มีระดับการศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย หรือ ปวช. หรือเทียบเท่าคิดเป็นร้อยละ 37.25 ประกอบอาชีพค้าขาย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 39.00 และมีรายได้ต่อเดือน 20,001 บาทขึ้นไป คิดเป็นร้อยละ 28.50 ความพึงพอใจของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลเมืองบ้านสวนต่อการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยของเทศบาลเมืองบ้านสวน จังหวัดชลบุรีโดยรวม พบว่าอยู่ในระดับมาก ( x =4.06,SD = 0.55) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ซึ่งสามารถเรียงลําดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อยได้ คือ ด้านความต่อเนื่อง ( x =4.08, SD = 0.56) ด้านความเสมอภาค ( x =4.07,SD = 0.55) ด้านความพร้อมของอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือ( x =4.06, SD = 0.57) ด้านความรวดเร็ว( x =4.06,SD = 0.54) ด้านความสะดวก ( x =4.05,SD = 0.54) ด้านความพร้อมของเจ้าหน้าที่ ( x =4.04, SD = 0.56) และด้านประสิทธิภาพ ( x =4.03, SD = 0.53) ตามลําดับ และเมื่อทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพและรายได้ต่อเดือนของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลเมืองบ้านสวนที่แตกต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยของเทศบาลเมืองบ้านสวน จังหวัดชลบุรีไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study the satisfaction of the municipal solid waste collection, and to compare the satisfaction of solid waste collection at Ban Suan municipality. The sample of this research was 400 people in Ban Suan municipality, Muang district, Chonburi province. The instrument that used in this research was questionnaire. Data analysis was performed to using SPSS software program for basic statistical analysis. T-test statistics were used for the demographic characteristics of the two groups, and the F-test statistic for the demographic characteristics of the three groups was statistically significant at level 0.05. The research found that 67.75% of them in the general information of respondents were female, 35.75% were people with aged between 30 – 39 years old, 37.25% had high school education or vocational education or equivalent, 39.00% were trader, and 28.50% had salary more than 20,001 baht per month. The satisfaction of people in the municipality of Ban Suan on the solid waste collection by Ban Suan municipality in Chonburi province was totally found in high level ( x = 4.06, SD = 0.55). When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at high level. The average score can be sorted as: Continuity ( x = 4.08, SD = 0.56) Equivalence ( x = 4.07, SD = 0.55) Availability of equipment and tools ( x = 4.06, SD = 0.57)Fastness ( x = 4.06, SD = 0.54) Comfort ( x = 4.05, SD = 0.54) Availability of staff (4.04, SD = 0.56) and Efficiency ( x = 4.03, SD = 0.53) respectively. After testing the hypothesis, Personal factors include: gender, age, education, occupation and monthly income of people in municipalities were satisfied with solid waste collection by Ban Suan municipality. There was no significant difference at level .05
