dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในงานตํารวจชุมชนสัมพันธ์ในเขตพื้นที่อําเภอบางสะพาน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในงานตํารวจชุมชนสัมพันธ์ในเขตพื้นที่อําเภอบางสะพาน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ จําแนกตามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ การแจกแจงความถี่ (Frequency) และค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) การหาค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ด้วยสถิติ t - Test สําหรับตัวแปร เพศและสถิติ One way Anova สําหรับตัวแปรอายุ สถานภาพ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ที่ระดับนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 หรือความเชื่อมั่น 95% ผลการวิจัย การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในงานตํารวจชุมชนสัมพันธ์ในเขตพื้นที่อําเภอบางสะพาน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์พบว่า ส่วนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่า ประชาชนกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ เป็นเพศหญิง มากกว่าเพศชาย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 59.8 ส่วนใหญ่ มีอายุระหว่าง 31 – 40 ปี มากที่สุดคิด เป็นร้อยละ 38.4 มีสถานภาพสมรส มากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 65.6 มีการศึกษาระดับอนุปริญญา หรือเทียบเท่ามากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 47.2 ส่วนใหญ่ประกอบอาชีพพนักงานเอกชนมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 29.4 มีรายได้ 10,001 – 15,000 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 34.4 และส่วนใหญ่มีระยะ 1 - 5 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 45.2 ส่วนที่ 2 ผลการสํารวจการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในงานตํารวจชุมชนสัมพันธ์ในเขตพื้นที่อําเภอบางสะพาน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ พบว่า ประชาชนมีการมีส่วนร่วม โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( x = 3.86)

This research aims to study the rates of the participation of the local people in policecommunity relations in Bang Saphan District, Prachuap Khiri Khan. Also, to compare the differences of the participation in Police Community Relations of the population in Bang Saphan District, Prachuap Khiri Khan, categorized by personal information. The equipment used in the research is Questionnaires and statically represents as frequency distribution and percentage. Determining the Mean and Standard Deviation based on the hypothesis examination with t-test statistic for the variable, including Gender. The One-way ANOVA statistic for other variables, consisting Age, Status, Educational level, Occupation, and income at a statistically significant level of 0.05 or 95% of the reliability. The research represents the participation of the population in Police Community Relations in Bang Saphan District, Prachuap Khiri Khan as Part I: General information based on respondents found that the majority of the sampling population are women rather than men, calculated as 59.8 (percentage). The sampling population mostly ages around 31 – 40 years old, calculated as 38.4 (percentage). The marriage status is the most, calculated as 65.6 (percentage). Mostly educated in B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) or equivalent, calculated as 47.2 (percentage). Working with the private company is the plurality, calculated as 34.4 (percentage), and mainly in time-range of 1 – 5 years, calculated as 45.2 (percentage). Part II: The Research results of the participation of the population in Police Community Relations in Bang Saphan District, Prachuap Khiri Khan found that the Police Community Relations areparticipated by population in the highest rates.
