dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยเรื่อง ความคาดหวังของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพาที่มีต่อบทบาทและอํานาจหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตแห่งชาติ มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษา ระดับความคาดหวังและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพาที่มีต่อบทบาท และอํานาจหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 ระดับปริญญาตรี ภาคปกติและภาคพิเศษ วิทยาเขตบางแสน ปีการศึกษา 2560 ทุกคณะจํานวน 395 ตัวอย่าง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ศึกษาอยู่ในชั้นปีที่ 3 มีภูมิลําเนาอยู่ในภาคตะวันออก มีความสนใจติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารนาน ๆ ครั้งและไม่เคยมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความคาดหวังต่อบทบาทและอํานาจหน้าที่ของคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับความคาดหวังมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการตรวจสอบทรัพย์สิน รองลงมาคือ ด้านการปราบปรามการทุจริต และน้อยที่สุดคือด้านการป้องกันการทุจริต ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ควรให้มีการถ่ายโอนอํานาจหน้าที่ ภารกิจงาน บางอย่างของคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช.ไปให้หน่วยงานอื่น เพิ่มอัตรากําลังเจ้าหน้าที่ในด้านการตรวจสอบทรัพย์สิน เพื่อการดําเนินงานที่เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The research names the expectation of Burapha University students on the role and authority of national anti-corruption commission, purpose to study the level of expectation and to compare the expectation of Burapha University students on the role and authority of national anticorruption commission. We have separated by individual factor which is Quantitative Research. The Sample of this research are 1th – 4th year of Burapha University students in bachelor degree, regular and special classes in Bangsan campus, academic year 2560 are 395 samples. Results of this research are found that most of sample is female which are studying in 3rd year student, domiciled at Eastern Thailand are interesting to follow news and information rarely and never participate in political. Most of sample have expected on the role and authority of national anti-corruption commission is good. As we can see in each factors, we can that group of sample that have highest level of expectation is asset audit. The next factor is the commission of countercorruption. The last is Anti-corruption. Suggestion of this research which are should be transfer authority, some task of national anti-corruption commission to other government sector for increasing the human resources in asset audit and for the efficiency operation.
