dc.description.abstract	การบาดเจ็บจากอุบัติเหตุจราจรทางบกได้กลายเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญที่ส่งผลกระทบทั้งผู้ป่วยและสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยการวิจัยพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์ครั้งนี้เพื่ออธิบายความสุขสบาย และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสุขสบายของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับอุบัติเหตุจราจรทางบกที่ศูนย์อุบัติเหตุ-ฉุกเฉิน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับอุบัติเหตุจราจรทางบก จำนวน 82 ราย ที่ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเป็นระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับบาดเจ็บจากอุบัติเหตุจราจรทางบกและสมาชิกครอบครัว แบบสอบถามการได้รับข้อมูลการเจ็บป่วยแบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจการรักษาพยาบาลแก่ผู้ป่วยแบบสอบถามความเชื่อถือและยอมรับในการบริการสุขภาพ และแบบสอบถามความสุขสบายของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยวิเคราะห์หาความสัมพันธ์โดยวิธีหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับอุบัติเหตุจราจรทางบก มีความสุขสบายในระดับปานกลาง (M = 95.49, SD = 13.17) การได้รับข้อมูลการเจ็บป่วยการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจการรักษาพยาบาลแก่ผู้ป่วยและความเชื่อถือและยอมรับในการบริการสุขภาพ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสุขสบายของสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับอุบัติเหตุจราจรทางบก (r= .337, .302 และ .436 ตามลำดับ, p < .05) ดังนั้นผู้ให้การบริการสุขภาพควรตระหนักและให้การดูแลที่ส่งเสริมความสุขสบาย สำหรับสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับอุบัติเหตุจราจรทางบกขณะเยี่ยมผู้ป่วยที่ศูนย์อุบัติเหตุ-ฉุกเฉิน โดยการให้ข้อมูลการเจ็บป่วยของผู้ป่วยอย่างเพียงพอการให้สมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยได้มีส่วนร่วม ในการตัดสินใจการรักษาแก่ผู้ป่วยและการสร้างความเชื่อถือในการบริการสุขภาพให้เกิดการยอมรับ จากสมาชิกครอบครัวผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับอุบัติเหตุจราจรทางบก

dc.description.abstractalternative	Road traffic injuries have become a major public health problem affecting both patients and family members. This descriptive correlational studyaimed to describe comfort and factor related to comfort among family members of traffic-accident patients. Eighty-two family members of trafficaccident patients at the emergency department were selected via the systematic sampling into this study. Instruments used in this study including demographic record form of patients and family members and questionnaires about receiving information of illness, participation in treatment decision for patients, credibility and acceptance on healthcare service, and comfort of family members. The data were analyzed to test the correlation byPearson's product moment correlation coefficient. The results of this study revealed that the family members of the traffic-accident patients felt comfort at the moderate level (M = 95.49, SD = 13.17). All three factors, receiving information about illness, participation in treatment decision for patients, and credibility and acceptance on healthcare services were positively correlated with comfort of family members (r= .337, .302, and .436 respectively, p<.05). Thus, healthcare providers should concern and provide care to promote comfort for the family members of traffic-accident patients, at the emergency department. Nurses should provide information about illness, allow family members to participate in treatment decision, and develop the credibility healthcare services.
