dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความสุขในการทํางานของพนักงานเทศบาลนครแหลมฉบังจําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ พนักงานเทศบาล นครแหลมฉบัง จํานวน 154 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความสุขในการทํางานของพนักงานเทศบาล แบบสอบถามแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ตอน ดังนี้ ตอนที่ 1 ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามเป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการ และตอนที่ 2 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทํางานของพนักงานเทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ คือ มากที่สุด มาก ปานกลาง น้อย และน้อยที่สุด และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( X ) ความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าวิกฤตที (t-Test) และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One - way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความสุขในการทํางานของพนักงานเทศบาลนครแหลมฉบัง จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านแล้วอยู่ในระดับมาก 5 ด้าน เรียงอันดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ครอบครัวที่ดี สังคมดี มีน้ำใจงาม การมีคุณธรรม และการหาความรู้ และอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3 ด้าน เรียงอันดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ การรู้จักใช้เงินให้เป็นการผ่อนคลาย และมีสุขภาพดี ผลการเปรียบเทียบความสุขในการทํางานของพนักงานเทศบาล จําแนกตามอายุ พบว่า อายุต่างกันมีความสุขแตกต่างกัน มีความแตกต่างกันที่นัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนเพศ สถานภาพ การศึกษา ตําแหน่ง รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน และระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน ไม่เป็นไปตามสมมติฐาน

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research is to study and compare job satisfaction of employees of Laem Chabang Municipality by personal factors. The sample consisted of 154 Laem Chabang Municipal Employees. The instrument that was used to collect data for this study was a questionnaire about the happiness of employees in the municipality. The questionnaire was divided into 2 parts as follows: 1. The general information of the respondents was the item checklist and the second factor that affected the happiness of the employees of Laem Chabang Municipality. The scale is estimated at 5 levels: very high, high, moderate, low, and lowest. The statistics that were used for data analysis were the mean ( X ), standard deviation (SD), t-Test, and One-way ANOVA. The result of the research found that job satisfaction of Laem Chabang Municipality employees in Chonburi was at a high level in overall. When they were considered by each aspect, there were 5 aspects were at very high. The rankings were as follows: good family, good society, kindness, virtue and knowledge. There were 3 aspects at the moderate level. There were respectively using money, being relaxed and being healthy. The results of the comparison of happiness in work of municipal employees by age showed that different age had different happiness. There were statistically significant differences at the level.05. Sex, status, education, position, average income per month and duration time to work were not different. This does not follow the hypothesis.
