dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน จำแนกตามสถานภาพและเพศที่มีความแตกต่างกันของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ที่ใช้ในการศึกษานี้ คือ ตัวแทนคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานและตัวแทนผู้ปกครองของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตาราง ของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 181 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การหาค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านมีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมากเรียงลำดับจากค่าเฉลี่ย จากมากไปหาน้อย 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านงานงบประมาณ ด้านงานวิชาการ และด้านการบริหาร งานบุคคล ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียน ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 1 พบว่า สถานภาพและเพศที่ต่างกัน มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนที่ต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในเชิงสถานภาพ ตัวแทนประธานกรรมการสถานศึกษามีส่วนร่วมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน จะมีส่วนร่วมในด้านบริหารทั่วไปและด้านวิชาการมากที่สุด ในขณะที่ตัวแทนผู้ปกครองซึ่งมีส่วนร่วม ในระดับมาก จะมีส่วนร่วมในด้านงบประมาณมากที่สุดในเชิงตัวแปรด้านเพศ เพศชายมีส่วนร่วม ในการจัดการศึกษาในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านจะมีส่วนร่วมในด้านบริหารทั่วไปมากที่สุด ในขณะที่เพศหญิงมีส่วนร่วมในระดับมาก ซึ่งเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านจะมีส่วนร่วมในด้านงบประมาณ มากที่สุด

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this study was to present the community participation in educational managament of schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Secondly, it aimed to compare the level of community participation based on status and gender of sample group composed of representatives from Rayong Basic Education Board and student guardians. The 181 sampling of this qualitative research was analyzed according to the Krejcie and Morgan’s table and measured with a rating questionnaire scale 1-5. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics including mean, standard deviation and t-test. The findings were as follows: 1. The average degree of community participation in educational management of schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was high. The top-ranked participation areas were Budgeting management, Academic management and Human Resources management. 2. The comparison of community participation in educational management of schools under Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 showed that status and gender affected the degree of participation at a significant level at .05 The representatives from Rayong Basic Education Board showed degree of participation in educational management at a high level. The highest degree of participation was in the field of General management and Academic management. The representatives from student guardians also possessed the high degree of participation. The highest degree of participation was in the field of Budgeting management. The male samples reported the high degree in participation of educational management. The highest degree was in the field of General management. The female samples also possessed the high participation in educational management. The highest degree of participation was in the area of Budgeting management.
