dc.description.abstract	การสูบบุหรี่ในเยาวชนหญิงกำลังเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขที่สำคัญ และขยายตัวไปทั่วโลก การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการทดลองสูบบุหรี่และความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยภายในบุคคล และปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมกับการทดลองสูบบุหรี่ของนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาหญิง กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาหญิงที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในวิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา จำนวน 255 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและข้อมูลการสูบบุหรี่แบบสอบถามทัศนคติต่อการสูบบุหรี่แบบสอบถามความมั่นใจตนเองในการหลีกเลี่ยงการสูบบุหรี่และแบบสอบถาม ความผูกพันกับผู้ปกครองวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใชส้ถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอย โลจิสติคทวิ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการทดลองสูบบุหรี่ร้อยละ 15.7 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการทดลองสูบบุหรี่ของนักศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาหญิงได้แก่ ความมั่นใจตนเองในการหลีกเลี่ยงการสูบบุหรี่ (AOR = 5.37, 95% CI = 1.94-16.77) และเพื่อนชวนสูบบุหรี่ (AOR =49.04, 95% CI = 16.55-145.28) ส่วนอายุผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการศึกษา ทัศนคติต่อการสูบบุหรี่ความผูก พันกับผู้ปกครอง บุคคลในครอบครัวสูบบุหรี่ เพื่อนสูบบุหรี่ พบว่า ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการทดลองสูบบุหรี่ ผลการศึกษานำไปสู่ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการทดลองสูบบุหรี่ในเยาวชนหญิงอันจะเป็นแนวทางในการป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ที่เน้นการสร้างเสริมสมรรถนะแห่งตนในการหลีกเลี่ยงการสูบบุหรี่ที่มีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป

dc.description.abstractalternative	Smoking in young women is a major public health problem and is expanding globally. The purposes of this research were to study smoking initiation and to examine the relationship of internal and environmental factors to smoking initiation among female vocational students. The sample consisted of 255 female vocational students in Chachoengsao province selected by cluster sampling. The research instruments included questionnaires about demographic and smoking information, the attitude toward smoking, smoking refusal self- efficacy and parental attachment. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and binary logistic regression. It was found that smoking initiation among female vocational students was 15.7%. The significant factors related to smoking initiation were smoking refusal self-efficacy(AOR =5.37, 95% CI = 1.94-16.77), smoking peer persuasion (AOR =49.04, 95% CI = 16.55-145.28). However, age, academic achievement, attitude toward smoking, parental attachment, parental smoking and peer smoking were not significantly related to smoking initiation. Study results contribute to the knowledge of smoking initiation among female youth. These findings then will be useful to developing strategies to prevent smoking effectively such as focusing on enhancing smoking refusal self- efficacy.
