dc.description.abstract	ภาวะซึมเศร้าในวัยรุ่นเป็นปัญหาที่สําคัญมาก เพราะส่งผลกระทบต่อตัววัยรุ่น ครอบครัว และสังคม การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทํานาย เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทํานายภาวะซึมเศร้าของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในเขตเทศบาลเมืองจังหวัดจันทบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในเขตจังหวัดจันทบุรี จํานวน 160 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือน กรกฎาคม-สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2560 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามความผูกพันในครอบครัว 3) แบบสอบถามเหตุการณ์ในชีวิตเชิงลบ 4) แบบประเมินความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิต 5) แบบสอบการติดอินเตอร์เน็ต และ 6) แบบสอบถามภาวะซึมเศร้าในวัยรุ่น ซึ่งแบบสอบถามแต่ละชุดมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .75, .93, .88, .84 และ .82 ตามลําดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างร้อยละ 95.7 ไม่มีภาวะซึมเศร้า โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนน ภาวะซึมเศร้า เท่ากับ 12.32 (SD = 4.87) ตัวแปรที่สามารถทํานายภาวะซึมเศร้าของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายได้มากที่สุดคือ ความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิต (β =-.492, p< .001) รองลงมาคือ การติดอินเตอร์เน็ต (β =.225, p< .05) โดยร่วมกันทํานายภาวะซึมเศร้าของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ได้ร้อยละ 32.5 อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (R2 = 0.325, Adjusted R2 = .316, p< .001) ผลการศึกษา แสดงให้เห็นว่า พยาบาล บุคลากรทางสุขภาพ และบุคลากรที่ทํางาน เกี่ยวข้องกับวัยรุ่นควรสร้างโปรแกรมที่ส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตเพื่อป้องกันภาวะซึมเศร้าในวัยรุ่น โดยให้ความสําคัญกับการสร้างความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิต และลดการติดอินเตอร์เน็ตของวัยรุ่นต่อไป

dc.description.abstractalternative	Depression in adolescence is predominant problem because it affects adolescents themselves, family, and society. This predictive correlational study aimed to determine factors influencing depression among high school students in Chanthaburi Municipality, Chanthaburi province. 160 students were recruited in the study by cluster sampling technique. Data were collected during July to August, 2017. Research instruments included 1) Demographic Questionnaire, 2) Family Connectedness Questionnaires, 3) the Negative Life Event Scale, 4) Resilience Inventory Questionnaire, 5) Internet Addiction Questionnaire, Center for Epidemiologic Studies-depression scale questionnaires. The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the questionnaires were .75, .93, .88, .84 and .82, respectively. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistic and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research found that 95.7 percents of samples had no depression. The mean score of overall depression was 12.32 (SD = 4.87). Resilience was the most important influencing factor of depression (β =-.492, p<.001). The second predictor was internet addiction (β =.225, p<.05). Both variables could explained 32.5 percent of variance in depression of high school students (R2 = 0.325, Adjusted R2 = .316, p< .001). The results suggested that nurses, health care providers, and the personnel who work with adolescents should develop program to promote mental health for preventing depression in adolescentsby strengthening resilience and decreasing internet addiction.
