dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างแนวทางการบริหารจัดการในการออกแบบสนามแบดมินตัน มาตรฐานที่สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดสถาปัตยกรรมสีเขียวกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักเป็นเจ้าของสนามแบดมินตัน สถาปนิกวิศวกร จำนวน 19 ท่าน โดยเป็นการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เก็บข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิควิจัยแบบ EDFR รวม 3 รอบ พิจารณาฉันทามติด้วยค่ามธัยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์เพื่อจัดทำเป็นแนวทางการบริหารจัดการออกแบบสนามแล้วนำไปยืนยันด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ที่มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย จำนวน 5 ท่าน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. เกณฑ์แนวคิดมาตรฐานอาคารสีเขียว ประกอบด้วย 22 ประเด็นหลัก ประเด็นที่ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมี ความเห็นด้วยระดับมากที่สุด คือ ใช้วัสดุทนความร้อน ระบายความร้อนได้ดีการใช้สีสะท้อนความร้อน การปลูกต้นไม้หรือไม้เลื่อยเพื่อลดความร้อน การใช้หลอดแอลอีดีประเด็นที่เห็นด้วยระดับมากคือการก่อสร้าง ควรใช้บริษัทที่เชี่ยวชาญทำหน้าที่ออกแบบและควบคุมการก่อสร้าง ทำเลที่ตั้งใกล้แหล่งชุมชน คำนึงถึงระบบแสงและการหมุนเวียนระบายอากาศการติดตั้งหัวฉีดน้ำบนหลังคาเพื่อระบายความร้อน การใช้พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์การบำบัดน้ำ และนำวัสดุกลับมาใช้ใหม่ประเด็นที่เห็นด้วยระดับ ปานกลางคือการวางตำแหน่งอาคารให้เหมาะสมกับทิศทางแดดและลม การใช้ลูกหมุนบนหลังคาการทำสระน้ำรอบอาคารและการใช้สุขภัณฑ์แบบระบบอัตโนมัติ 2. มาตรฐานสนามแบดมินตัน แนวทางประกอบด้วย 17 ประเด็นหลัก ประเด็นที่เห็นด้วยระดับมากที่สุด คือ สนามควรเป็นพื้นยางสังเคราะห์ผนังควรมีสีทึบ ส่วนสูงของเพดานตามมาตรฐาน มีบอร์ด ประชาสัมพันธ์มีห้องอาบน้ำ และตู้ล็อกเกอร์อย่างเพียงพอ ประเด็นที่เห็นด้วยระดับมาก คือ มีระยะห่างระหว่างคอร์ด มีจำนวนสนาม 4 สนามขึ้นไป ใช้ไฟแผงด้านข้างสนาม มีความเข้มของแสงไม่น้อยกว่า 300 ลักซ์ มีโซนอบอุ่นร่างกาย ล็อบบี้พักคอย อุปกรณ์ปฐมพยาบาลและมีระบบการหมุนเวียนอากาศ ประเด็นที่เห็นด้วยระดับปานกลาง คือ การมีห้องฟิตเนส 3. ส่วนประสมทางการตลาด ประกอบด้วย 19 ประเด็น หลักประเด็นที่เห็นด้วยระดับมากที่สุด คือ สนามเป็นพื้นยางสังเคราะห์ที่ได้มาตรฐานตั้งอยู่ใกล้แหล่งชุมชนและสะดวกต่อการเข้าถึงมีพื้นที่จอดรถที่เพียงพอ มีการจำหน่ายอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม การจำแนกอัตราค่าบริการสำหรับบุคคลทั่วไปและสมาชิก ระบบการจองสนามมีความสะดวกและรวดเร็ว เจ้าหน้าที่มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีให้ข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ได้ดีมีการเปิดสอนแบดมินตัน ประเด็นที่เห็นด้วยระดับมากคือกำหนดอัตราค่าบริการที่เหมาะสม มีบริการอินเตอร์เน็ต จำหน่ายอุปกรณ์แบดมินตัน วางระเบียบการใส่รองเท้าพื้นยางและมีการออกแบบโลโก้ของสนาม ประเด็นที่เห็นด้วยระดับปานกลาง คือ การใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ควบคุมระบบภายในอาคารและการเช่าที่ดินเพื่อทำธุรกิจสนาม

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to create management guidelines for badminton court which corresponding to green architecture concept and badminton regulation standard. The EDFR technique were used to collect data and in-depth interview were used to confirm the appropriate and practical of the results. The 19 experts were specialists in badminton, architecture and engineering selected by purposive and 5 stakeholders were in-depth interviewed to confirm the appropriate and practical of the management guidelines. The findings revealed that: 1. The guidelines on designing badminton courts corresponded to green architecture concepts comprised of 22 items. The very high agree items wereon the use of heat reflex material, big tree and creeping trees to reduce the heat, using LED bulbs, wall pave with reflected heat paint. The high agree items wereon, build it with specialist contractors, settled in appropriate location, attaching the ventilators, solar roof, water sprinklers, and the use of recycle water. The moderate agree items were on direction of building, attaching the roof ventilators, water pond around the building and automatic sanitary material. 2. The guidelines corresponded to badminton standard comprised of 17 items. The very high agree items wereon synthetic floor, dark color wall paint, high ceiling, information boards, enough bath room and locker room. The high agree items wereon standard of the court, enough space between the courts, the amount should not less than 4 courts, the illuminate should not less than 300 lux, providing the lobby area, first aids kits and well ventilation. The moderate agree item was on providing the fitness area. 3. The guideline for marketing management comprised of 19 items. The very high agree items were on synthetic courts that meet standard of badminton, the location was closed to community area and convenient to access, enough car parks, provided foods and drink selling, setting the different court fee to the customer groups, rapid and convenient reservation process. The staff should have service mind and good customer relationship and providing the training course for novice and children. The high agree items wereon reasonable price, provided the internet connection, selling the badminton equipment, building image with attractive logo and notified to use badminton shoes. The moderate agree items were on the use of information technology devices to control the court system and renting the land to invest the commercial badminton court
