dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำแบบผู้รับใช้ ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนกลุ่มบางบ่อ 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครู ที่ปฏิบัติงานสอนในโรงเรียนกลุ่มบางบ่อ 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา สมุทรปราการ เขต 2 จำนวน 103 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 83 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ความเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน (SD) สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำแบบผู้รับใช้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และวิเคราะห์ระดับประสิทธิผล ของโรงเรียนกลุ่มบางบ่อ 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนกลุ่มบางบ่อ 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการเขต 2 พบว่า ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนกลุ่มบางบ่อ 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำแบบผู้รับใช้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน กลุ่มบางบ่อ 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 โดยรวมและ รายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study the relationship between servant leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness of Bangbho school group 2 under the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample consisted of 103 teachers in Bangbho school group 2 under the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The instrument used for the study were a set of five-scale questionnaire with the total 83 items. The statistical device were Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The findings were as follows: 1. The servant leadership of school administrators, and the effectiveness of the Bangbho school group 2 under the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service area Office 2 classified by size of school were a high level. 2. The effectiveness of the Bangbho school group 2 under the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as classified by size of school was at a high level. 3. There was a positive relationship rated at a high level between the Servant leadership of school administrators, and the school effectiveness of Bangbho school group 2 under the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 with the statistical significance of .01.
