dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 ตามความคิดเห็นของครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอน จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์การสอนและขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียนอำเภอบางสะพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 208 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 40 ข้อ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง 0.40-0.80 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของทั้งฉบับ 0.93 สถิติ ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อำเภอบางสะพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ใน ระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการเป็นผู้มีบารมี ด้านการเป็นผู้สร้าง แรงดลใจ ด้านการเป็นผู้สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ตามเป็นรายบุคคล และด้านการเป็นผู้กระตุ้น ให้ใช้สติปัญญา ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อำเภอ บางสะพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ และประสบการณ์ โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เขต 1 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านการเป็นผู้กระตุ้นให้ใช้สติปัญญาและการเป็นผู้สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ตามเป็นรายบุคคล แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aims to study and compare transformational leadership of school administrators in Bangsaphan District under the Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as classified by gender, teaching experience and school of size. The sample used in this study was 208 teachers in Bangsaphan District under the Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in 2017. The instrument used in this research was a five-point scale questionnaire, with the item discriminative power between .40-.80 and the reliability of .93. The statistics used to analyze the data was Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s Test. This study revealed that: 1. Transformational leadership of school administrators in Bangsaphan District under the Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as a whole and each aspect was at a high level. They are put in order from high to low as the following: Charisma, Inspiration, Individualized Consideration, and Intellectual Stimulation. 2. The comparison transformational leadership of school administrators in Bangsaphan District under the Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as classified by gender and teaching experience as a whole and each aspect showed no statistical significant difference. 3. The comparison transformational leadership of school administrators in Bangsaphan District under the Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as classified by school of size as a whole and each aspect showed statistically significantly at .05 level, except in the area of Intellectual Stimulation and Individualized Consideration which were found no statistical significant difference.
