dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครูโรงเรียนในฝัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 แบ่งเป็น 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านหลักสูตรและการนำไปใช้ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนและ ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนในฝัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 จำนวน 86 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .58 - .90 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t - test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One - way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครูโรงเรียนในฝัน สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครูโรงเรียนในฝัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครูโรงเรียนในฝัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาระยอง เขต 2 จำแนกตามเพศโดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติยกเว้นด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study teachers’ participation in academic administration of the Ideal schools under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Academic participation in this study includes 1) Curriculum and Applying, 2) Learning and Teaching management, 3) Instructional Media,and4) Assessment and evaluation. The sample was 86teachersworking in the ideal schools under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as classified by gender, levels of education and work experiences. The data collection instrument in this study was a5 rating scale questionnaire with the item discriminate power between .58 - .90 and the reliability of .98. The statistics for data analysis were Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), t - test and One-way ANOVA The findings of the study were as follows: 1. Teachers’ participation in academic administration in Ideal schools under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as a whole and each aspects, was found at a high level. 2. The comparison of teachers’ participation in academic administration in Ideal schools under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as classified by education levels and work experiences, as a whole and each aspect, showed no statistically significant differentce. 3. The comparison of teachers’ participation in academic administration of Ideal schools under the Rayong Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as classified by gender, as a whole and each aspect, showed had no statistically significant difference; except assessment and evaluation which reported statistically significant different at the .05 level.
