dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา เปรียบเทียบ และหาแนวทางการบริหารโครงการโรงเรียนคุณธรรมในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษ าเขต 18 จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูจำนวน 266 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อระหว่าง .41 ถึง .78 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการทดสอบรายคู่ด้วย Scheffe’s method ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารโครงการโรงเรียนคุณธรรมในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบการบริหารโครงการโรงเรียนคุณธรรมในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 18 จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง พบว่า แตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต แตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้าน แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้น ด้านความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 2. แนวทางการบริหารโครงการโรงเรียนคุณธรรมในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 18 พบว่า ด้านความพอเพียง ควรน้อมนำปรัชญา เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาใช้ในชีวิตประจำของครู โดยการจัดอบรมหรือถ่ายทอดจากผู้มีประสบการณ์ ควรสร้างความตระหนักให้ครูจัดทำบัญชีรายรับรายจ่ายของตนเอง เริ่มจากการบันทึกรายได้ กำหนดรายจ่ายในแต่ละเดือน และบันทึกค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นจริง ติดตามและประเมินผล ด้านความรับผิดชอบ ควรใช้กระบวนการ PDCA คือ Plan (วางแผน) Do (ปฏิบัติ) Check (ตรวจสอบ) และ Act (การดำเนินการให้เหมาะสม) มาช่วยในการทำงานของครู มอบหมายงานให้ชัดเจน และเหมาะสมกับคนที่ได้รับ การที่ครูได้ทำงานที่ถนัดกับความสามารถของตนเอง จะช่วยให้ การทำงานได้ผลดีและมีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุด และด้านอุดมการณ์คุณธรรม สร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรด้านคุณธรรมให้กับครู โดยคัดเลือกครูรุ่นพี่ที่มีอุดมการณ์คุณธรรมที่เหมาะสมกับองค์กรหรือสามารถนำมาปรับใช้กับองค์กรได้ มาเป็นตัวอย่างให้กับครูรุ่นน้อง ปลูกฝังคุณธรรมให้กับครู โดยเริ่มจากความพอเพียง เพราะหากครูไม่ต้องวิตกกังวลกับภาระทางการเงิน ครูก็จะมีเวลาคิด เรื่องอื่น และสามารถปฏิบัติตนบนพื้นฐานคุณธรรมด้านอื่นได้ตามมา

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to investigate, to compare, and to find guidelines for managing the moral school project in Meung Rayong District of Rayomg Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The sample of the study was derived by the mean of stratified random sampling technique according to school size. The sample consisted of 266 school teachers. A 5-level rating scale questionnaire with the item discriminating power of items between .41-.78 and the reliability at .97 was an instrument used for data collection. Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe's pairing comparison method were statistical devices employed for the data analysis. The findings revealed as follows: 1. The administration of moral school project in Meung Rayong District of Rayomg Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18, both as a whole and in each particular aspect , was found at a high level. 2. There was no report of statistically significant difference among teachers who work in different positions. However when comparing opining of teachers having different wrok experience, this study reports statistically significant difference at .05 level both in general and each aspect, except in the aspect of honesty, in which non-significant differences were found. Also, when the size of school was classified, there were significant differences at the level of .05; except in the aspect of honesty, in which non-significant differences were found. 3. Guidelines for administrating the moral school project in Meung Rayong District of Rayomg Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 were as the following. In the aspect of sufficiency, the concept of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy should be applied in teachers' daily lives through training or transmitting from the experienced ones; culturing awareness for teachers to prepare their own income account by beginning from recording their own monthly income as well as estimating expenses, and then recording real expenses with follow-up and evaluation. In the aspect of responsibility, P (Plan), D(Do), C(Check), and A(Act) procedure should be implemented by providing teachers definite and appropriate work assignments because the work effectiveness and efficiency arise from one's own expertise and skillfulness. In the aspect of ideology and morality, organizational culture focusing on morality should be fostered by giving a typical example of the better ones to those who are less experienced , and by starting from sufficiency. Sufficiency will help reduce worries from financial situations and will lead them to having enough time to spend for thinking and behaving themselves on the ground of various aspects concerning morality.
