dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการจัดการความขัดแย้งของครูในโรงเรียนกลุ่มอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามเพศ ขนาดโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูในโรงเรียนกลุ่มอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำนวน 242 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 15 ข้อ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง .20-.60 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .80 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธีของ Sheffe’s test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การจัดการความขัดแย้งของครูในโรงเรียนกลุ่มอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นด้านการเอาชนะและด้านการร่วมมือ อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการร่วมมือ ด้านการเอาชนะ ด้านการประนีประนอม ด้านการยอมให้ และด้านการหลีกเลี่ยง 2. การจัดการความขัดแย้งของครูในโรงเรียนกลุ่มอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามเพศ และขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this study were to investigate conflict management and compare the conflict management of the teachers of schools in Meuang District group, Rayong Province under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 by sex, school size and work experience. The sample of this study consisted of 242 teachers of schools in Meuang District group, Rayong Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The instrument used for data collection was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire asking 15 questions. The item discriminative value was between .20-.60 and the reliability was .80. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, Means, Standard Deviation, independent samples t-test, One-way ANOVA and double test by Sheffe’s test. The results of the study were as follow; 1. The conflict management of the teachers of schools in Meuang District group, Rayong Province under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 as a whole and individual aspect, was found at the moderate level; except in the area of competition and collaboration which was found at high level. The top 5 technique which were rated by the teachers were collaboration, competition, compromising, accommodation and avoiding. 2. This study report that there was a statistically significant difference of epinion shared teachers with different gender or teachers working in different size of the schools toward the conflict management in their schools However, there is no statistically significant difference of opinion shared by teachers.
