dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบบรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยจำแนกตาม เพศ ประสบการณ์การสอนและขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำนวน 242 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 64 ข้อ โดยมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.35-0.89 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบรายคู่โดยใช้วิธีของ Scheffe’ method ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. บรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 พบว่า เป็นบรรยากาศองค์การแบบแจ่มใส 2. บรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3. บรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้น มิติขวัญและกำลังใจ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. บรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การสอน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 พิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มิติขวัญและกำลังใจ มิติมุ่งผลงาน มิติเป็นแบบอย่าง และมิติกรุณาปราณี แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนมิติอื่น ๆ แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 5. บรรยากาศองค์การของโรงเรียนในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดระยอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมและมิติขาดความสามัคคี มิติขวัญและกำลังใจ มิติ มิตรสัมพันธ์ และมิติห่างเหิน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนมิติอื่น ๆ แตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study and compare the organizational climate of schools in Mueang District, Rayong Province of which under supervision of The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18. The samples consisted of 242 school teachers working in schools in Mueang District, Rayong Province under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 supervision. The research tool was a five-point-rating scale questionnaires contained 64 questions. The item discrimination power of this questionnaire was between .35-.89. The reliability level for the entire questionnaire was .97. Statistics employed were Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test process, One-way ANOVA process and Scheffe’s method on Multiple Comparison. The research found as follows; 1. The overall organizational climate of schools in Mueang District, Rayong Province under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 supervision was the Open Climate. 2. The overall rating of the organizational climate of schools in Mueang District, Rayong Province under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 supervision was in an average level. 3. The organizational climate of schools in Mueang District, Rayong Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 as classified by teacher with different genders and personal factors report no statistically significant difference; except in the area of spirit which reports a statistically significant difference at .05 level. 4. The organizational climate of schools in Mueang District, Rayong Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 supervision as classified by teachers having different instruction experiences, overall, report statistically significant level of .05. Considering that parts: Esprit, Production Emphasis, Thrust and Consideration parts at significant level of .05, but the other area showed no statistically significant difference. 5. The organizational climate of schools in Mueang District, Rayong Province under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 18 supervision as classified by the size of the teachers were working school and personal factors, report statistically significance at .05 level especially in the areas of Overall and Considering that parts: Disengagement, Esprit, Intimacy, and Isolation.
