dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนชุมชนวัดหนองค้อ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับผลสัมฤทธิ์ และอาชีพของผู้ปกครอง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนชุมชนวัดหนองค้อ จำนวน 226 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างตามมาตราส่วนของ Krejcie and Morgan (1970, pp. 607-610) และใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อตั้งแต่ 0.24-0.67 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.93 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การมีจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนชุมชนวัดหนองค้อ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการหลีกเลี่ยงการใช้หรือการกระทำให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อส่วนรวม ด้านการถือเป็นหน้าที่ที่จะมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแล และด้านการเคารพสิทธิในการใช้ของส่วนรวม ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการมีจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น โรงเรียนชุมชนวัดหนองค้อ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชลบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และอาชีพของผู้ปกครอง โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aims to study the public mind of students in middle schools of Chumchonwatnongkor School under the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization as classified by gender, achievement level, and careers of the parents. The sample used in this study was 226 students in Chumchonwatnongkor School. The criteria used to determine the size of the sample was suggested based on Krejcie & Morgan’s table. The data collection instrument used in this research was a five-point scale questionnaire, with the item discriminative power between .24-.67 and the reliability of .93. The statistics used to analyze the data was Frequency, Percentage, Mean ( ), Standard Deviation (SD), t-test, and One-way ANOVA. This study revealed that: 1. The public mind of students in middle schools of Chumchonwatnongkor School under the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization, as a whole and each aspect, was at a high level. They are put in order from high to low as the following: 1) Avoidance of use or harm to the public, 2) The role is to be involved in the care, and 3) respect the right to use the collective. 2. The comparison the public mind of students in middle schools of Chumchonwatnongkor School under the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization as classified by gender, achievement level, and careers of the parents as a whole and each aspect showed no statistical significant difference.
