dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ตามความคิดเห็นของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ในจังหวัดระยอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้ งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ในจังหวัดระยอง จํานวน 285 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียน มีค่าอํานาจจําแนกระหว่าง .41-.84 ค่าความเชื่อมั่น .87 และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียน มีค่าอํานาจจําแนกระหว่าง .30-.74 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสําเร็จรูป ทางสถิติ หาค่าเฉลี่ย ( X ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (SD) ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การถดถอยพหุคูณเพื่อพยากรณ์ตัวแปรตามโดยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ แบบมีขั้นตอน (Stepwise multiple regression analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ในจังหวัดระยอง โดยรวมและรายด้าน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. การพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นตามความคิดเห็นของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ในจังหวัดระยอง โดยรวมและรายด้าน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง จ 3. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียนกับการพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ตามความคิดเห็นของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ในจังหวัดระยอง โดยรวมและรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวก ในระดับค่อนข้างต่ำอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ปัจจัยที่เป็นตัวทํานายการพัฒนาวินัยนักเรียน มีเพียง 2 ปัจจัย คือ ปัจจัยจากสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียน (X4 ) และปัจจัยจากตัวนักเรียน (X1 ) สามารถพยากรณ์การพัฒนา วินัยนักเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของครูโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 18 ในจังหวัดระยอง ได้อย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยสามารถสร้างเป็ นสมการพยากรณ์ในรูปของคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐาน ได้ดังนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y= 1.99+.30(X4 ) + .08(X1 ) สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z = .42(Z4 ) + .18(Z1 )

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aimedto study the factors affecting toward students discipline development of lower secondary school according to the opinions of secondary school teachers under the secondart educational service area office 18 in Rayong Province. The samples used in this study were 285 teachers. The research instrument employed for the data collection was a set of rating-scale questionnaires. The questionnaire was used to examine factors influencing the development of student discipline. It has the power to discriminationbetween .41 and .84 the reliability of .87. The students’ discipline questionnaire has a discrimination powerbetween .30-.74 and the reliability of .92. Data was analyzed by using computer program for calculating the mean ( X ), standard deviation (SD), Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression analysis. The studyfound that; 1. Factors affecting student discipline development accordingto the opinions of secondary school teachers under the Office of Educational Service Area 18 in Rayong Province, In overall and each aspect were at the moderate level. 2. Student discipline development according to the opinions of secondary school teachers under the Office of Educational Service Area 18in Rayong Province atoverall and individual aspects were at the moderate level. ช 3. Factors Affecting Student Discipline and Discipline Development for Lower Secondary School students according to the opinions of secondary school teachers under the jurisdiction of the Office of Educational Service Area 18 in Rayong Province, were to factors from friends, family factor school environment factors andstudent discipline development A were positively related at the .05 level. 4. Factors that canpredict the development of student discipline, were factors from the school environment (X4 ) and Student Factors (X1 ). The predicted equation in terms of raw scores and standard scores were as follows. Equation predictions in raw score. Y = 1.99 + .30(X4 ) + .08(X1 ) Equation in standard score. Z = .42(Z4 ) + .18(Z1 )
