dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์และแนวทางใน การส่งเสริมของประธานคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียนตามความคาดหวังของนักเรียน โรงเรียนรัฐบาลขนาดกลางแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดระยอง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ 1) นักเรียนคละระดับชั้นของแต่ละ แผนการเรียน โรงเรียนรัฐบาลขนาดกลางแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดระยอง โดยใช้เทคนิคการคัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) จำนวน 40 คน ทำการเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (Depth interview) 2) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญซึ่งดำเนินงานพิเศษในกลุ่มบริหารกิจการนักเรียน และเป็นที่ปรึกษางานสภานักเรียน จำนวน 5 คน ทำการเก็บข้อมูลโดยการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus group discussion) ดำเนินการตรวจสอบข้อมูลโดยใช้การตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า (Triangulation) และนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวมาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) นักเรียนมีความคาดหวังคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ของประธานคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียน โรงเรียนรัฐบาลขนาดกลางแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดระยอง มีจำนวน 9 คุณลักษณะ เรียงตามลำดับค่าความถี่ของผู้ที่มีความคาดหวังคุณลักษณะจากมากไปน้อย คือ ความรอบรู้ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ ทักษะการสื่อสาร กล้าตัดสินใจ พลังผลักดัน มีเป้าหมาย/ วิสัยทัศน์ การควบคุมตนเอง การพัฒนาตนเอง และกระตือรือร้น 2) แนวทางในการส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะ อันพึงประสงค์ของประธานคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียน โรงเรียนรัฐบาลขนาดกลางแห่งหนึ่งในจังหวัดระยอง สรุปได้เป็น 3 ช่วง 1) ก่อนการจัดการเลือกตั้ง มีวิธีการสำคัญ คือ จัดอบรมค่ายผู้นำ 2) ระหว่างการเลือกตั้ง โดยการเชิญชวนนักเรียนที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมลงสมัครเลือกตั้งประธานคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียน และตรวจสอบนโยบายที่ใช้ในการหาเสียง 3) หลังการเลือกตั้ง โดยการทำกิจกรรมตามปฏิทินงานของกลุ่มบริหารกิจการนักเรียน ผลักดันให้คณะกรรมการสภานักเรียนดำเนินกิจกรรมตามนโยบายที่หาเสียงไว้ และการจัดค่ายผู้นำโดยคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียน

dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this study was to explore the desirable characteristics and promotion guidelines of the Student Council President based on student expectations at a medium-sized government school in Rayong. The sample groups were as follows: 1. A total of 40 students from various classes from each education program from a government school in Rayong obtained by purposive sampling with data collection by in-depth interviews; and 2. A total of five experts performing special work in the Student Affairs Management Group and Student Council consultants. The data was collected by focus group discussions. Collected data was tested using the triangulation test method and then subjected to content analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. Students had expectations for nine desirable characteristics of the Student Council President of the aforementioned government school in Rayong. These characteristics were categorized in descending order by frequency of people with expectations for the following characteristics: Knowledge, people skills, communication skills, decisiveness, drive, goals/ vision, self-control, self-improvement and enthusiasm. 2. Guidelines for promoting the desirable characteristics of the Student Council President at the aforementioned government school in Rayong, which can be summarized into the following three stages: 1. A key pre-election option is to organize a leadership training camp. 2. During the election, qualified and suitable students are to be invited to run for election to become the Student Council President followed by campaign policy inspection. 3. After an election, activities are to be carried out according to the work calendar of the Student Affairs Management Group to drive the Student Council to perform the activities stated by the policies set forth during the campaign, followed by organizing a leadership camp by the Student Council.
