dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมเรื่องการตรวจสอบทองปลอม ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 90/ 90) 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนก่อนและหลังใช้ชุดฝึกอบรมเรื่อง การตรวจสอบทองปลอม 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการอบรมที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่องการตรวจสอบทองปลอมสำหรับพนักงานร้านทอง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ พนักงานร้านทอง จำนวน 10 คนได้มาโดยการเลือกกลุ่มเป้าหมายแบบเจาะจง (Purposive sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ชุดฝึกอบรมเรื่องการตรวจสอบทองปลอมสำหรับพนักงานร้านทอง, แบบทดสอบเรื่องการตรวจสอบทองปลอมสำหรับพนักงานร้านทอง และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การตรวจสอบทองปลอมสำหรับพนักงานร้านทองมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 91.50/ 90.00 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 90/ 90 2. คะแนนจากการทดสอบหลังการฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การตรวจสอบทองปลอมสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 3. ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมด้วยชุดฝึกอบรม เรื่อง การตรวจสอบทองปลอมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were; 1. To develop a training package on counterfeit gold checking for gold shop staffs to meet the 90/90 criteria 2. To compare the pre-test and post-test score after learning with the developed package. 3. To study the satisfaction of gold shop staffs after learning with the developed training package. The sample consisted of 10 gold shop staffs, selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments included a training package on counterfeit gold, a test and satisfaction assessment form. The results indicated that 1. The efficiency of the developed training package on counterfeit gold checking was at 91.50/ 90.00 according to the standard criteria set. 2. The test scores after learning with training package were higher than that pre-test at the significance level of .05 according to the hypothesis. 3. The satisfaction level of trainees towards the training package was at high level.
