dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของสมรรถนะด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ 2) เปรียบเทียบและศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของสมรรถนะด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญกับภูมิหลังบางประการ 3) ประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ครูผู้สอนกลุ่มโรงเรียนขยายโอกาส ในจังหวัดระยอง จำนวนทั้งหมด 276 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multistage sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) วิธีการทดสอบ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และใช้การทดสอบรายคู่ โดยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน การหาค่าความต้องการจำเป็น (PNIModified) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ครูผู้สอนมีสมรรถนะด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ตามแนวทาง การจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) การจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ พบว่า จำแนกตามเพศ และวุฒิการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนจำแนกตามอายุและประสบการณ์ในการสอน มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3) ประเมินความต้องการจำเป็น พบว่าสมรรถนะที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นอันดับแรก คือการวัดให้ครอบคลุมทุกด้าน รองลงมาได้แก่ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการวัดและประเมินผล การกำหนดจุดมุ่งหมายของการวัดและประเมินผล การรายงานผลและนำผลไปใช้ และใช้วิธีการและเครื่องมือที่หลากหลายในการวัดและประเมินผลเป็นลำดับสุดท้าย

dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were: 1) to study current situation of developing the measurement and evaluation of learning competency using student centered, 2) to compare and study the relationship of the measurement and evaluation of learning competency using student centered in the past, 3) to evaluate the needs assessment for developing measurement and evaluation of learning competency using student centered. The samples of this research were 276 teachers in opportunity expansion schools in Rayong Province, selected by the multistage sampling. The instruments for collecting the data were the rating-scale and open-ended questionnaire. The statistics for analyzing the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation. In addition, researcher compared and tested the difference of mean with t-test and One-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s test and Pearson correlation method. Research results were that: 1) teachers had the measurement and evaluation of learning competency using student centered at a moderate level. 2) The practice of student centered of teachers with different ages and educational background were statistically significant different at .05 level. On the other hand the teachers’ age and teaching experiences were not different significantly. 3) The need assessment results were that measurement came first followed by collecting data of the measurement and evaluation, determining the purpose of measurement and evaluation, reporting and applying, and using methods and tools to measure and evaluate, respectively.
