dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับผลการปฏิบัติงานของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 จำแนกตามประเภทและขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 306 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือ ที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นด้วยแบบสอบถามแบบ มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า จำนวน 2 ฉบับ ฉบับแรก สอบถามภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง .20-.58 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น .91 ฉบับที่ 2 สอบถามผลการปฏิบัติงานของโรงเรียน มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง .28-.60 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น .91 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่างวิเคราะห์เป็นรายคู่ ด้วยวิธี LSD และสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่าย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกับผลการปฏิบัติงานของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตามประเภทของโรงเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่ผลการปฏิบัติงานของโรงเรียน จำแนกตามประเภทของโรงเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และผลการปฏิบัติงานของโรงเรียน จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับ ผลการปฏิบัติงานของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาปราจีนบุรี เขต 2 อยู่ในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

dc.description.abstractalternative	This research aimed to study the relationships between transformational leadership of school administrators and work effectiveness of primary school under Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office II, as classified by the school type and school size. The sample consisted of 306 teachers of primary school under the Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office II, derived by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire surveying transformational leadership and work effectiveness of school principals which had the item discrimination value of .20-.58, .28-.60 and the reliability value of .91, .91, respectively. The statistical devices used for analyzing the data were Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and LSD, and simple correlation. Research findings were: 1. The transformational leadership of school administrator and work effectiveness of primary schools under The Prachinburi Primary Educational Service Area Office II, as a whole, and each dimension were at a high level. 2. The transformational leadership of school administrator as classified by, school type was found non statistically difference, but the school effectiveness, as classified by school size was found statistically significant difference at the .05 level. 3. The transformational leadership of school administrators and work effectiveness in school as classified by school size were statistically significant difference at the level of .05. 4. The transformational leadership of school administrators in all dimensions and work effectiveness of primary school have a positive relationship with statistically significance at the level of .01.
